@@gadielcenteno809 yeah I had some rattle at first too it was driving me crazy! I think if you remount the exhaust and rotate the midpipe a certain way it fixes the rattle but I never did that I just I installed a bunch of exhaust heat wrap around the exhaust where the cross brace is because that’s what it’s rattling on and it fixed it
I just grabbed one of these as a toy. Same year but 6 speed and non HK Sound. Is the HK sound how you have the bigger screen? And did you do an update on that screen? Besides Apple Carplay, the graphics look so much different. I also appreciate this video as mine came with a muffler delete and I think it's too much and the AWE was the one I have been eyeing since I need it to go all the way through the midpipe. The muffler delete was welded at the axle back.

There wasn’t any type of update I did for the screen I think it just has a different layout and what not because of the Apple CarPlay package it came with! You can look online for a bigger screen with Apple CarPlay included and get that installed if you wanted to upgrade

I noticed your front bumper has the black plastic add-on that isn't available on every F22 m240i. Is that an M performance accessory? Cuz I seen many m240i without it and many with it, and I can't seem to get a straight answer from searching. I'm telling my mk7 Golf R and looking for an m240i, and I definitely wanted with the same bumper as yours cuz it looks awesome
It’s an aftermarket M performance lip! I think very few M240i’s come with it from factory, and some are paint matched. You’ll love the m240i tho! Great car and a little bump up in power from a mk7 R

I am a little disappointed at the lack of volume increase in cabin with the windows up…you’d never know anything was done until you roll the windows down. How big is the difference with this setup inside with the windows up?

I thought I was reading my own comment there for a second 😂 I did dual res delete on my 340i last week, it is loud as hell! Sounds like a GTR from 3-4k and the turbo spool is intoxicating. I have a few more clips to shoot before I post the video, hopefully this week 👌

Like I said I was a bit disappointed at the minimal volume increase inside the cabin, but this morning I downloaded and tested out BimmerLink to manually control the stock exhaust flap. Keeping it open all the time actually made a noticeable difference, now I can actually hear the growl from the inside! Definitely look into that if you haven’t already.
Definitely noticeably quieter in comfort, especially eco. I couldn’t see anyone getting into any trouble in these settings due to noise. Sport mode is what really opens up this exhaust with higher revs and giving it some pops. Although, cold starts are pretty loud on this car on any setting, and you’d have to code out the start up roar with MHD or BM3 to make it quieter on a cold start.

@@Broke-Media Hmm, maybe it’s just the lighting but the accent colors on the cluster don’t look orange, they look white. Would you say given the chance you would have rather gotten an 18 LCI? I can’t decide if the cosmetics are worth it.
@@mwhite7712 yeah it can change to display white in some areas so maybe that’s it. But I do really like the LCI but pre lci is still nice and sporty enough that I don’t think about it. If you got extra money to spend then you might as well, if not I’m sure you’ll still love it

What is the difference between 235i and 240i?
They have different engines. M235i has N55, M240i has the B58, which B58 can make a lot more power. Both great cars and engines though
