How difficult was it to remove the spring loaded bolts? Can I do it with just hand tools?

I already put a GPF back resonated Milltek on my GR Yaris and i would like to put a GPF delete. Is it necessary to tune the ECU after or it run correctly with standard ECU?

You can, remove GPF without any problems. Only need to do remap with a downpipe.

would the miltek non res be similar to the remus non res with the gpf delete?

The Milltek Res with the GPF delete is a nice middle ground out of the Fujit/Remus, so i'd imagine it wouldn't be as loud as the Remus but wouldn't be far from it!

Regarding the gasket shown, if I m not mistaken thats not the correct one for the cat to gpf delete pipe?
You need a special donut gasket that is not provided right?
