Somebody please help! In the rRNA processing diagram the yellow colour bar represent exon and yellow represent intron Or?.... If yellow is intron aren't exon supposed to be at the extreme end of a RNA strand or am I missing something
General question; I don't understand why do some proteins need help from specific RNAs in order to work (ex.the snoRNPs). I mean, do we know why aren't they able to function alone?
Cause the cell is supposed to be an economic unit. And it would be much more economic if it didn't need some types of RNAs that help those proteins right?
The images are not very clear. The last two are very foggy, like the camera couldn;t focus well, and the writing is so small,I couldn.t see too much of the adnotations..But otherwise, good piece of info.Thx!
Thanks for confirming i will never understand rRNA processing :)
Thank you so much a bit complicated for my senior high school examinations but im confident ill do well
Thanks so much, you pretty much said exactly what my text book "Molecular Biology 7th Edition" said but in a very concise way!!
Thank you!
By Alberts, Bruce??
Hello! I got confused at one point. In the beginning you show an image where tRNA is included in rRNA? How is this possible?
thank you so much for this video! Wish you were my professor
Hats off to you!

thanks
THANK YOU. The book was too damn confusing
Glad this could help!

@@elliek3990 did you get an answer?
I'd like to know your sources! Also, is there any book you recommend where I can read all these?
Ellie K U can find it on principle of lehlingers biochemistry book

corrections:
tRNA is not a part of the pre-rRNA that is being synthesized in the nucleolus.
snoRNA not snoRNP
