    Thank you so much for such a wonderful and well put video! I’m a student and have been reading book over and over again trying to understand each type of RNA and felt like I would never be able to put it simply. And here is you video, so clear, straight to the point and you even asked and answered questions I’ve been asking myself while reading on the subject! Thank you so so so much for this!

It would be very helpful for sceptics with scientific educations as these are the people that conspiracy theorists embrace. Or is this delving into the political as your channel is pure science.

    Very very helpful ,I really thank you so much
    Just two questions please
    1-Is miRNA always downregulating mRNA
    2-what about lncRNA,does it downregulate or upregulate mRNA??

    • @EasyPeasyLearning
      @EasyPeasyLearning  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Mokghj, 1-Most of the miRNAs are downregulating but some miRNAs could upregulate gene expression in specific cell types and conditions with distinct transcripts and proteins.
      Reference: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4142390/
      2- lncRNAs directly bind to the miRNA molecules and prevent them binding to the target mRNAs, thus upregulating of the expression of the target genes.

    • @EasyPeasyLearning
      @EasyPeasyLearning  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there, when it was mentioned that 50% RNA is present in ribosome and ER, we were talking about all types of RNA together but if we talk about ribosomal RNA which is a specific type then ribosomal RNA is mostly present in Ribosomes so use the word 80% for that specific type. I hope it clears the confusion.
