    I drink 1 litre water before sleeping nd without any alarm I wake up early without a miss because of the nature call.

    I wake up between 5am to 5:30 am as I have to offer my fajr namaz :)
    Waking up early in the morning is about being selfish. This is your time. So be selfish with this time. You can use the rest of the day to pour into other people, but use this time to fill yourself.

    I ll give one tip it really works.. Tell or train your mind before you sleep.. Tell yourself continuously before you fall asleep that you are going to wake up in so & so time tomorrow morning & then sleep.. Trust me your mind wakes you up on the time you trained your mind to wake up last night

    I live in a hostel in mumbai.
    So I put 3 alarms but i wake up at mu 1st alarm.
    The reason is so that if i got up at my 2nd alarm thr others in mu room would get disturbed and they would not get enough sleep. So in thought of them I eventually get up early and in 1st alarm.

    Prajakta i dont know if you are going to read this msg or not. But i really need your help ASAP !!!!!!!!!!! Am doing my engineering . Am the topper in my branch . Bloody classmates call am nerd nerd . But i am not a nerd . I pretty much study when i have mood to study. Rest of the time i am doing some other works.. but everyone thinks i will be studying always. How ever cool i try to be people judge me and make fun of me . I feel i should stop studying also. If i get good marks is it my mistake 😢😢😢😢😢 i dont understand why people nag so much . Nowadays people who fail are treated as heroes and heroines . But when we put some honest effort and study they make us feel bad by making fun of us. I dont know to what to do. Please help me out.

    One tip- keep your phone on highest alarm volume and keep it a small walk away while you sleep. So you have to walk to the phone to turn off the alarm. Helps you get out of the bed faster.

    I put alarm and keep phone 5/6 steps away. It helps 1. I have no chance to use phone after I went to bed, 2. I have to wakeup and walk a bit to get it off. Which destroys my sleep. That's it

    I just put one alarm and then put my phone on the table which forces me to get up and stop the alarm. And waalaaa you're up early in the morning. 😀😀

    To wake up early I use "mumma alarm" .... 😁

    1st set 1 alaram only
    2nd do not snooze
    3rd always have plan that what you have to do after wake up
    4th check your mood before falling asleep
    5th don't use social media after wake up just wake up and get out of your bedroom

    You need to add 6th point.
    Dont keep your phone near to you. Place it at some distance so that you need to walk out of bed to shut down the alarm.

    Thanks a lot for this one Prajakta. I really wanted this. I'm also that kind of person who can't tolerate a single sound when he wakes up and then for 5 minutes at least. It irritates my mind and continuously disturbs my daily morning schedule. But I have to tolerate and I can't do anything about it because it's my parents and our drawing room is side by side to my room. So I have to wake up early for three reasons -
    1) I can't even study late night.
    2) I have to wake up before my parents (before 7 am), so that I don't have to go with sounds right after I wake up.
    3) As the result of point (2), waking up early would possibly provide me positive vibes and that would help me to go, as far as I can, according to my schedule.

    “Jhatka Technique” as soon as the alarm rings, give a jhatka like shake your body and just jump out of the bed and fold the blanket, that is it. Initially it needs practice and eventually it becomes a habit.
