    One more selfcare tip that helps me is just spending time with ur loved ones like talking to them on phone even for 10mins brings so happy feeling and u feel so relished from all the stress in brain..........wt i wanna say is just try to hav a conversation to ur parents or friends instead of being dumb(😅like me)just walk up to them nd say them ur worry or happiness.......nd trust me aft doing this u just feel so happy so relaxed from inside......just wanted to share my selfcare tip....nd yes for sure self care is a EFFORT.....as prajakta said u gotta work on it to get fruit full result.....hope it helps!!...lots of luv....♥️♥️♥️

    You said "learn to say YES and NO" and that is such an amazing point! Even I had a phase where I couldn't say yes or no for whatever I felt..I gave vague answers... But now I've overcome it and I am so proud of it. It feels really good when you can just stand up for whatever you want and can say NO to whatever you don't like...

    1)Prioritize
    Family, Friends, Work etc
    Invest time and efforts here only.
    2) Discipline
    Accomplish small tasks every day.
    3) Say yes or No loudly to yourself.
    4)Reward yourself for small and big victories.
    5)Find your form of meditation.
    for eg reading, writing,yoga,running etc

    You have no idea of the "Real" impact you're making through these videos of yours, esp. The Real Talk Tuesday Videos! You've lit a light in me with your point saying "Find your own kind of meditation". I think I've now finally understood what I've been lacking in my life for the past few years, which I used to do regularly until a few years earlier. I think I've stopped doing "my kind of meditation" for a few years now, and hopefully I'll resume doing it very soon (hopefully Thursday onwards) for sure and will edit this comment and will update about it!     I always wanted to be someone's first priority.... I realized, be it my cousins, my friends, my best friend whoever it is I'm nobody's first priority.... Only my parent's first priority ❤️
    This motivates me... I have to keep them happy, I have to do something big and make them feel proud... even if not something BIG at least I will make them proud and never do anything which will hurt them.
    This thought motivates me never to give up.✨

    "Go in front of a mirror and smile a little and go and drink water..! " All this in 10 sec .

    Honestly....I'm at a stage where everything is just passing by and I have to go through everything to make sure everything falls in place and I do my best to do that. During this journey of me to do everything that has to be done on given time, meditating is my self-care routine. But during this I forget to reward myself for doing and atleast not going rouge for things that are not right. And when I think about it why is this making my soul so vulnerable, is that because I make people or things who are not that related to me, I make them my priority and feel bad for not satisfying them..I didn't realise this before you spoke about prioritising importants in your life and I am so glad I watched this video for myself, for my good. Thankyou ❤️. Love love.

    You know one of things that I love about you is when you talk about yourself in third person. When you talk to yourself. Like you say "Prajakta, do this do that".
    It feels good talking to ourselves in third person. It feels like we have control on ourselves, you know what I mean.
    Anyway you've always been a role model for me. ( I swear i am not just saying to get noticed etc.). I literally have so many of your Tuesday videos downloaded on TH-cam so I can watch it whenever I need.

    Ok so after having totally pissed off day with online classes , my self study , and dealing with some other problems....I really get to frustrated that I can hardly concentrate on any other work.... So here I go for watching TV may be some cartoons, or some movies or some reality show....and really after this I fill so much productive.....and after this I become so happy that I have covered almost 60% of my to do list.....and really it makes a great difference
