Hmmm. But won't the heat kill the Vitamin C? Vitamin C doesn't do well with heat. Would vinegar work? Would vinegar kill the Vitamin C? IDK! Trying to learn.
That was the most exaggerated way to say boil water.
thanks so much for teaching us how to boil water
I did not expect to laugh this hard at this comment! 😂
Just dump them in a bowl of boiling water for twenty seconds then rinse and repeat. The wax will have gone.
Wont vitamin c degrade and be lost because of heat?
@@mafazchan6817 doubtful...it'll just be the top couple of millimetres that get the heat.
Tf is a vegetable brush

That’s what I’m thinking. Pour some white wine vinegar in a bowl and leave for 30min
The heat will only penetrate a couple of mm. You'll hardly lose any vit c
Do you want to clean the lemons or do you want to pickle them? 🤣
great video bro
thanks
Ok but like do you need to remove your lemons' peels' wax? Is the wax hard to digest or something?
It has pesticide that can cause cancer
Plus some people use the peel in cooking
It can make foods more bitter if you use the peel for cooking, even home grown lemons have a waxing coating
I want to use the zest
Co(long o)lander. Annoying as hell(short e)
If your using the peel just buy organic lemons
I want to use the lemons I have for a recipe I just found, not go out to buy more.
Great idea, but it's not always easy to find shops selling organic. In some places you can only buy chemically treated lemons.
most lemons are covered in wax.. even the ones that say "organic"
I'd rather not go broke for a lemon bar
Nonsense video. That will do nothing
