Thanks for the lemon tip for cleaning Everyone says vinegar and I hate vinegar.
I use Soda to wasch my Fruits and vegetables and for chicken & Fish I use 🍋 and water to wash it. For beef and other meat I use salt instead of lemon
I love that combo Nkechi!! Salt makes perfect sense for using with meat.

I've read many times that the best vinegar to use is plain distilled white vinegar...$3.59 per gallon
I use this with baking soda let it soak 10 minutes and wash with cold water.
Trader Joe’s has a great fruit and veg cleaner. But I been using Baku g soda lately

@walkinTheWoods… is correct & referring to: using salt & vinegar together defeats the purpose because 1 cancels-out the other, which is why the foam occurs, & NOT because it's cleaning whatever.
Can I mix different fruits and vegetables while cleansing them. I wouldn’t cleanse the fruits and vegetables together but let’s say I wanted to wash my blueberries and raspberries together. Can I do that and still get an effective cleanse?
sure
I read in an article that salt stabilizes the bonds of pesticides (questionable) and should not be used to wash fruits/vegetables. So, maybe a deeper dive into that should be looked into. There's just so much information that is for something or against something that floods the information streams of heath that many (myself included) do not know what is truly accurate.
The problem is there are many different types of pesticides they use and they're not all made same way... For example baking soda is anti-acidic, so acidic compounds dissolve more with the presence of baking soda in the water than letting it soak just in water. Not to mention the residue of pesticides that penetrate the ground and end up inside the plant. Becides organic produce, in Italy we also have a thing colled produce raised on agricultural method of lotta integrata (integrated fight) and in those it is guaranteed use of up to 70% of less pesticides allowed by law. Basicly, they use pesticides when strictly necessary, but they fight pests with their natural predators aswell that don't feed on crops. For example instead of poisoning all the moles in the ground they may populate the area with more falcons.
Also in the USA they changed "organic seeds" now they are not regulated so you may not get "organic" will that effect the plant if grown free from contaminates earth to spray?

You can use Distilled vinegar.
When I use Distilled Vinegar I use Baking soda with it

Only blueberries are acidic in the body..make sure he eats other berries as we'll or balance them out with alkalizing ones.
