    Hi tins. I love my triple. Went and did the nc500 on it last August. . Crewe to Ullapool day 1 . Ullapool all around the top of Scotland John o groats down to Berwick upon tweed day 2. Berwick upon tweed down to Cromer day3 . Then cross country back home day4. It never missed a beep. I had a numb ass mind you.

    Tell you a funny story. Because of my age I learned to ride on fields at 14, at 16 a sports moped then to 250 dirt bikes. first road bike was a Honda CB 175 then Yam RD 250.
    What happened was. Me & 3 mates decided to go on holiday. Two if them on a Yam RD 350, me & other on his Honda SL 125. From Plymouth Devon to a caravan near Padstow Cornwall. The RD pair would wang off in cloud of 2 stroke, we would potter. They stopped every so often in a lay-by for a ciggy & wait for us. As we pulled in, they'd be off again. Same for return journey. Only time I was on a 125. But we had a ripping time on beer, cigs & fish n chips. Ah, the simple pleasures in life with mates always !

      Couldn't agree more it's fun to actually have to use all the bikes performance to make decent progress as on the bigger bikes it's all to easy and find myself being lazy at times going round bends in to high a gear and letting the torque pull u out of it where as on the little bikes u can't get away with that 😂😂

Still looking for a Varadero but I'll be keeping the Mich when I get one, (and I'm a fat bastard) . Those factory bars are shite, you oversteer when you get back on a different bike after using them, best mod I've done was swapping them.
    You'll sell that the same day on the Lexmoto facebook group when you're ready.

Hope things open up and Faye manages to get through some more stages of her test, before everything closes back down again. Up here in Scotland they're now saying the previous tier system wasn't strict enough. A few areas were in tier one, which allowed almost normal socialising, shops hotels etc all open. Many tourists took advantage of this especially those who bought mobile homes and bikers, the NC 500 was chocka as was the Isle of Skye. It would be sad if those freedoms weren't afforded us this Summer, the season when flu viruses disappear due to UV killing them, yet they banned sunbathing last Spring? Nothing they're doing is working, apart from destroying livelihoods, sanity, businesses and freedoms, whilst those promoting this hardship carry on doing as they please. I suggest we all take a long trip to test our eyesight, what's good for the goose is good for the gander!!

Everyone's in the same boat holiday wise, a few booking for later around October. Truth be told, if the leisure industry along with everything else doesn't open up, there won't be anywhere to go soon. What a clever disease this Corona is, it's got a tape measure, a calender, a stop watch an alarm clock, it can tell whether that's a pint of beer in your hand, a coffee or a soft drink, whether your drinking it inside or out, accompanied by food or not. It's deadly in pubs and restaurants, yet harmless in supermarkets or online shopping? Masks offered no protection untill MP's had a stake in their manufacture? The vaccine was the answer, or so we were told, yet once rolled out, it was pretty useless, only now we're told it's efficant, only not against new strains. Round and round it goes, where it stops? Nobody knows. Hope you still have a job at the end of furlough. Looking from the outside in, it looks to me rather than saving lives and the NHS, they're more intent on destroying a lot more. They are one of the better Lexmoto bikes and Is great for the price but is also one of the slowest. Its 10hp but CBT limit is 15hp I know its air cooled and so that's why. I recommend if you can try a higher specced bike. My hyper naked has an LC DOHC 4V 6 soeed 15hp engine with Bosch EFI, Bosch ABS, Led lights all round including projector dip and high beam and back lit switch gear, cast aluminium swingarm, 37mm USD forks, Lcd dash, Eco mode (don't know why it's a 125 and makes sid all difference), it's fully keyless including the fuel cap and seat release, USB port has a 10amp gel battery. I'm 6'2" and 17 stone it will do 75 mph and 100 mpg. All for £2.999. A lot of people forget the littke bikes once they have the full A licence. Personally I like them as you can ride them to their full potential and still keep within the speed limits they're great suburban and city bike's. I hope the boss keeps it once she passes her test.

      Yeah absolutley another 5bhp would or could or made all the difference but as all things it's built to a budget and yeah think it's 1 of their better models but £1500 brand new with a 2 year warranty isn't to be sniffed at , as for keeping it if funds and space allow we will defo be looking at doing that 👍🏍

    Hi I really enjoyed your video on the lexmoto , thank you. As a large 20 stone guy I'm thinking it's going to be my bike of choice. I love the keeway superlight look but a dealer said he'd be surprised if it did 55 with me on it. But seeing you ride the bike it looks like it should do 60+ no problems. I like cruising bikes so speed isn't a major factor for me, I just don't want been overtaken by the milkman when pulling off. And for the price it great. Question? Did you both look at the keeways or the um commando for an alternative. If so what swayed you to the lexmoto. Im gutted being a car driver I can't get a 200 / 400 bike but I can drive a porsche lol. Great video's, new sub. Shame about your new toy.

    • @TinsonTour
      @TinsonTour  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi pal and thanks for watching it's very much appreciated, yeah we looked at a few of the alternatives, the keeway superlight just looks a bit to fussy but as u say for some reason it's a bit lethargic and when we are out fayes bike can cruise at over 70mph with her on it and I took it to well over 60mph with no fuss and gotta be honest it accelerates really well even with me as pilot 😂😂 the lexmoto with a 2yr warranty and especially the Michigan with it's quality of finish are unbelievable value and after a year it still looks brand new plus with the new bars i fitted it's a dead ringer for a Harley sportster which isn't a bad thing 👍

I'm just looking for something to potter around on now and again at the weekend. I'm honestly not sure what style or power but this seems a decent bike to start out again. Would you still recommend this bike, from this video I probably have my answer? 😁 Like the handle bars mod as the standard ones do seem to easy rider lol.
