Please answer. I tried the recipe, stored the achaar in air tight jar also, and also waited for 2 weeks, now when i opened it it has not got that achaar wala taste yet.. What to do??

Keep in mind to use extra oil, n keep it in refrigerator for fermentation other due to hot weather anchaar will get fungas on the top layer
