at the north , u need to feel how's the people. they r so kind , decent. they will give u a warm welcome. sometimes u will think them talk loud, bit rude, dont go into ur heart , this are their styles. but they are really kind. Beware the restaurant at the north. their portions are really big... order 1 or 2 dishes is more than enough.

Why so many foreigners in Shenyang, guess where is BMW's world biggest plant? Being China 's heavy industrial center, there are lots of international machineries, auto parts, elevator, .. manufacturers located in Shenyang.
Shenyang the best time to visit is summer time but not winter. If you want a exciting and interesting trip, you should plan a silk road travel, starting from Xian follow the original Silk Road Path.
Shenyang is a very nice city. Not a lot of bloggers talk about this city. I hope more and more bloggers will go there to explore this amazing city too. There are quite a lot of foreigners living or working there as well. Thank you guys for sharing. Hope you guys are having an amazing time in China. You should definitely visit the southern part which is Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

It used to be famous for its heavy industry, but now it is a lovely destination for tourism, and you will surprisingly find that everything is much cheaper in Dongbei (north-east) than other big cities in China. It seems that Dongbei has its own economic system, lol

Highly recommend you guys go to Suzhou and Hangzhou city which is very near from Shanghai.Suzhou is a garden city which has a long history(more than 1500years) and a lot of gardens. Ancient and modern combination,very beautiful!West lake in Hangzhou city is also awesome,worth to go!

That’s my hometown. People here like comedy, sports, drinking, sauna culture. Famous place is Mukden palace, and food is famous for dumplings, chicken racks and sweet sour pork.
Next to Shenyang is Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province. It is a city specially awarded as the "Music City" by UNESCO and is also called the Moscow of the East. Harbin, China welcomes you.
