@@recap4371 that’s still pretty good, in my 4x4 relay since the other team didn’t have a 4x4 or 4x8 me and my 4x8 went against our 4x4 team and I ran a 57 (my first time eve running 400 btw)

Yeah it's absolutely insane. My teammate runs a 9:23 3200m and is ranked #2 in the nation for freshman. It's crazy how far genetics and hard work can go
Jesus. Fastest I've ever ran a mile is in 6:07 at 6'4" 215ish... Stumbled upon your channel by accident and you are inspiring me to run again. Throughout my childhood to early teenage life, I loved running. Then got into my junior year of high school where my family transferred to another location and I lost interest in running. Only because the track team in that high school wasn't a track team at all; but more like a party after school type deal or just a way to not go home. My fastest mile ever was 5 minutes 14 seconds as a sophomore in high school. But I enjoyed long distant running more. Ran with my school in a cross country run for 2 years. I am now 40 years old and have a belly. Lol. I need to get back
This dude is amazing his track accomplishments for college and as an American are fantastic let’s all make sure to give him that credit he’s more than a TH-cam

I don’t do track so this is so confusing but it’s awesome. Kinda cool since last week I’ve recently started trying to run a mile. Since next year I want to do sports for once.
You make me want to get active again, I'm skinny af and I was always really fast and quick as a kid. I used to love running but since I got out of grade school I haven't done any active stuff
Wow this was great and awesome to watch!!!! Where are u guys located?? I live in South Fl lol It will be great to come out 1 day after I become fully healthy again. Great seeing this
Umm... did Nick not see the guy in the orange shirt finish 3rd in front of the guy in the black shirt? 14:46 And also, he's the faster 9th grader in the state of Washington, not the guy in the pink shirt. But amazing vid anyways!
That's so cool at the end the #1 and #2 broke stride and slowed down step for step at the same time and both completely stopped running at the same time. Nice camera quality sometimes.
