Thanks for that really helped. I just got my beatbuddy and I've had superior 3 for a while and the MidiRemap find is fantastic! Cheers!

In a round about way you answered a question that I have been trying to find out for a while. I have edrums and ezdrummer. I wanted to be able to play my own grooves and export them to load in beat buddy - now I know I can do that

This looks fantastic! I've got a BeatBuddy and I like to either build my own tracks or modify the ones I download. But the MIDI editor in BeatBuddy Manager is terrible. I've used EZDrummer2 (and just got EZD3) and MT Power to build tracks and then it's a tedious process to re-map the set, export to MIDI, import to BBM, try it out, then go back to EZD to edit or tweak it, re-map it again, export again, import again, listen again, etc.. To get a drum track the way I want it sometimes takes several rounds back and forth. It looks like MidiRemap will automate this and save me some frustration and time. Thanks!

Goodness, it might be faster to hire a drummer for your track! Though this in theory sounds really useful. Maybe I will stick to my DAW and quickly programming my drums parts in one pass!

The bass drum is dominating and hardly hear the hi-hat.. is that how it sounds in real ?

Is there a way to get the drums from the Zoom G11 processor for the BeatBuddy?

Good afternoon Sir.. My name is michael loefstok.. and currently using Alesis SR-18 drum machine for my gigs, but i want to 'migrate' and use Beat Buddy as my main drum compuer.. Therefore I want to transfer the some Alesis SR18 beats ( approx 10) from the Alesis SR-18 to the beat buddy.. I looking for someone who can do this job against a fee.. Can you this job and if yes how much are charging for this?

hey michael! first you will have to know the note mapping of your alesis machine, e.g. kick = C1, snare = D1 and so on. do you already have this information? if so you should be able to do this yourself: go to midiremap.com and grab our pdf version for the beat buddy note mapping ("Download Drum Maps"). then instead of loading presets inside our online converter click the "Map Notes" tab. you will then have to manually choose the correct corresponding note from the pdf for all your alesis sr-18 notes. any further questions or if you really need us to do a custom job for this just write an email to mail@midiremap.com with the mentioned note info for the alesis. love form germany!
