I'm not a pro on this topic so if I'm wrong, please correct me. There are a few options for treating internal parasites by soaking their food. Either in levamisole or in seachem metroplex or prazipro. With seachem metroplex, it's best to use seachem focus to help it bind to the food. Prazipro is meant to be used by adding it to the water column. However, there has been many success by soaking them in food. I'd use food that is easy to soak in like frozen bloodworms. Soak them in for a couple of minutes and feed it to the puffers. A capful with a cube of bloodworms. As for the taste, well it tastes like medicine. If they don't take it readily, try soaking it in garlic guard. Warning: Some of these meds and maybe all of them might not be safe for invertebrates.
Siren Swims Thank you so much for your advice siren. I am researching adding prazipro to their bloodworms. Just don’t want to over does them. Heard people having a lot of success just by adding it to the water so may try that first and see how they get on.

Siren Swims - you can add levamisole into the food but what about worms which are outside the fish ? ( with a poop) seeking for new infection?

nemtol kill aquariam snails?( i have old pomaceea and baby pomaceea, sand snails and rainstorm snail)
