  • Since I was breastfeeding, I not only ate this, I also ate snacks and what I wanted for lunch, but I'm so happy that I lost 2kg! heh
    Next week, I'll have to make Onao for breakfast too!
    💜I wrote down the recipe, but in fact, you can add oatmeal and milk as if you put a little more milk than oatmeal!!

    치아씨드 같이 섞을 땐 우유를 오트밀의 2배정도 넣으시던데 없을 땐 어느 정도로 넣으면 될까요?
