My blood orange does fine with my black ocellaris. Not an ideal situation but I had to combine tanks during a move and they’ve done great (once pecking order was established). The Misbar is super rough on nems though.
I have an 8 year old SA mai tai and she’s a super nice, chill, laid back fish. That being said, I was never able to successfully pair her. I got her as a baby with another even smaller one. She killed that male and since then has never accepted any male I’ve given her. I’ve tried multiple types of clowns including maroons and she’s immediately aggressive towards them no matter if I introduce them immediately or slowly with a breeder box. She has never laid a fin on another fish.

i had one that about 4 inches long that wound up killing 6 other clowns when i tried pairing it.
And I thought a black photon was bad got aggression
