  • Over the past 30 days I challenged myself to get back on track with my diet and fitness! I outline my daily routine to lose almost 2lbs per week.

    ZUCCHINI CHIPS
    - 2-3 Zucchini
    - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    - Garlic powder
    - 1.5 tbs parmesan cheese
    - 2 eggs
    **Cut zucchini into little chips..not too thick!
    ** Crack both eggs and whisk together. Then place your zucchini into the eggs to let completely cover
    ** Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder together
    ** Carefully coat your zucchini with the bread crumbs as the eggs will help it stick!
    BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS
    4-5oz chicken
    Franks Buffalo sauce to taste
    1 light laughing cow
    30g cheddar or other low calorie shredded cheese
    2 tbs light caesar dressing
    **Mix all ingredients until well combined in a bowl
    ** add to a low calorie wrap, have on a salad or enjoy on it’s own!
    ANABOLIC ICE CREAM
    300g cashew milk
    1 scoop protein
    Stevia to taste
    1/4 tsp Xanthum gum
    210g frozen fruit
    A lot of ice (estimated 3 cups)
    **Blend all together until forms a thick smoothie. This will take some time to get the right consistency. You will need a spatula to help push ingredients down in blender.
