I've been a huge fan of Irish road racing and road racing in general, especially after watching 'V for victory' with Joey Dunlop. I've followed the TT for many years now and have been a fan of yours and watched your progression and amazing achievements since some of your first outings there. Good man that you are and a fighter. Your lady is a Saint, and Niel deserves a frickin knighthood. Had my first chemotherapy treatment today and your right, no photos or videos. Looking forward too seeing you on the podium again.
The man is honestly with no BS attitude, which I really do like. His mental fortitude is something to be admired as I found out myself in 2021. Shoulder rebuild, T12 L4 and L5 broken . 5 fractures of the pelvis fecked up my kidney. It's harder getting back on a bike or getting in a car mentally. Last August, I decided to go solo to the IOM for the manx , difficult to explain to some people but think Lee will know exactly where I'm coming from. I'm now 71 and riding on three wheels with another battle ahead. You either get busy living or get busy dieing. Ride safe .
Each visit is another baby step towards TT or my personal favourite the "manx" Everything for myself is getting back every year so i can help look after gladiators such as you Lee with being one of the orange army. I've got everything crossed and lot's of prayers you'll be back better than ever. And think how sweet it's going to be lifting those trophies and standing on the top steps will be!

The last year is a true reflection on life as a Motorcycle Racer. Some people think it’s all glamorous. But your vlogs have certainly shown it’s not. Lee I've been in my current job 7 or 8 years & I've only had 5 weeks off work, 4 of them was when I had a new knee. I'm getting another after the TT & told my boss I'm aiming to be off 3 wks. I know exactly where you're coming from

Im trying to recover after a medical emergency and surgery you never know how tough things can be until you go through something like that, so glad yar back lee keep on trucking mate wish I could get my bike fixed and get out and ride I'll just have too settle for watching bike channels on youtube lol

Don't worry about us idiots out here ,getting your leg to work is all you should worry about and keeping healthy for your Mrs and kid ,don't push too hard ,time is just time and all it takes is time and a bit of luck and money, we bikers know that sometimes life is pretty shit as well as great and we know about sponsors and deadlines and all that,but i'm sure you'll be back ASAP but don't do or feel pushed to do anything before your ready and happy .

My best mates big brother ended up with one on his right leg over two decades ago, you'd see him out on his bike going one way, jacket, jeans and a boot. See him going the other way and it would be a fixator and a slipper. Even to this day i still cringe at the thought of what could of happened if he binned it again...
is that plaster putty for the molds? I've just tried making some carbon fairing bits for my bike and so far its come out pretty crap. Fair play its only my first attempt, but im always looking to improve what i know. Glad to see youre well, I hope next week brings good news
