This genuinely makes me very emotional. I'm glad I live in the moment to see this. This is a live being, it produces signals, that can be converted to music. Mentally I'm really low these days, but this content keeps me calm and reminds me of the beauty of life ❤
This video is strange, it makes me feel empathy for the mushrooms. It makes me feel as though they are distressed, as though they are being tortured. Each note of the violin a cry of pain.
I personally think the bionic arms need to be able to make long strokes in order to play a violin well since thats like 90% of how its meant to be played. Maybe update the arm before going into harder instruments imo
What kind of signal do you get from the mushroom? Is it somewhat rythmic and on-off like human pulse or is it more like random variation and you trigger the solenoid when it crosses a limit?
I'm thinking maybe instead of a solenoid it would be possible to move the bow with more granularity based on the signal. The speed of the movement would be defined by the signal, and the signal could even reverse the direction. In yet another words, the signal could be interpreted as analog instead of digital.
The mushrooms/mycelium generate electrical currents. He has some sort of sensor that causes the arm to move when it senses variation in currents . From what I can tell. I’m not a . Programmer or whatever the hell kind of person makes something like this . But I sure find it impressive
I cannot believe I am chain-listening mushroom music videos. Sporecore has actually been invented.
More sporecore coming v soon. Should be dropping one every week
I love the term sporecore
Same here lol it's very fascinating
SPORECORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if this is a baby oyster mushroom, imagine what an adult oyster mushroom could play.
It almost sounds like a baby human crying

He's gotta play well, mushrooms who can't play well become soup.
Sounds like natural selection. 💀
you know what? if a mushroom can make music then I can pick up ukulele again
Do it!
do it, but choose a better instrument
@gregtronica3569 theres nothing wrong with the ukulele. People should play what gives them joy
@@gregtronica3569music is a very expensive hobby to get into. I think it's ok they start with a ukulele.
@@gregtronica3569ewww bro let people play what they want dang
Would be interesting to see a mushroom orchestra played by a larger colony.
Great idea

I wonder how a mature mushroom thats in wild connected to all the other mushrooms would sound 🤔
Yes!
Ooooh yes!
Omg I want to see THAT
Toad cannot be this talented bro
Haunting. Industrial. Wouldn't be out of place in a horror film.
Or a sci-fi game about robots controlled by mushrooms
Or a horror movie based on the aftermath of a sci-fi shroom takeover
The really impressive part is how you got it to sound both really good and extremely mushroomy. Excellent coaching.
This is what our tax d0llars should be going to...
We’ve only just started to understand how plants and mushrooms ‘think’.
one of these videos will appear in everyone's feed in like 10 years, so, hello people of the future
- I use a randomizer to create my music.
- What software?
- Baby Oyster mushroom.
This video is strange, it makes me feel empathy for the mushrooms. It makes me feel as though they are distressed, as though they are being tortured. Each note of the violin a cry of pain.
It’s quite eerie
This is a brand new phenomenon
If you can mushroom slowly, you can mushroom quickly. Oh, wait...
Brian Eno is proudly listening from beyond the grave.
...wait, never mind. Brian Eno is still alive.
a true prodigy in training
It sound like that yippie sound effect

I have a new arm in development!
Thank you youtube for your blessed recommendations
Glad you liked it
here before this blows up
What a haunting sound 😮 this is so awesome, I'm excited to see more mushroom music ❤
this is actually beautiful
That’s incredibly interesting
Oh my god!! You did mutiple mushroom videos!! Make them all play at once! Make a Mush song!
There’s a whole shroom band coming soon in Feb 25
@ LEZZ GOOO🗣️‼️‼️‼️
this is delightful.

The equipment measures small fluctuations in resistance across the two sensors. When a limit is crossed a signal is generated.
You should a mega mix with all the mushroom music sounds layered. Natural symphony
That's Crazy!
would love schematic and code or a tutorial of some kind. thanks
I will do this soon
Same here. I have a modular system with an instruo scion and a raspberry pi and these videos have made me very curious
This is some amazing Tim Hecker level ambient music… please release an album
Ofc a baby oyster mushroom would make a song that sounds like this
the pretty sounds are created
MUSHROOM LOVE!!
Man, this sounds like a song that would be in Made in Abyss
I swear this will be featured on the next Björk's release
Björk - I guess you lot arent ready for this yet. But your kids are gonna love it.
This would make a great peice for the interstellar soundtrack
Ohhh I know u can make a mushroom group!!
It sounds like an SOS...
А эти вешенки не лишены чувства ритма 🎵
Surreal Shrooms ⚡
Sounds like sci fi background music. Like blade runner with Ruther Hauer.
Reminds me on the studio ghibli movie nausicaä
Shroom music 2025
sounds like Arca could have made this haha
Damn this one are creepied me to the bone.😅
Exactly what we were aiming for
How is it moving
Can someone explain how this works?

@Crybaby-Media 👀 the mushrooms generating sort of electric current seems interesting. Thankyou
