    ACV works with things like bread, where the herb, White Mulberry is for sugar as in a donut. You should pair some protein with the carb/sugar. Best not to eat the whole donut. Maybe just 1/4 or it. You get used to not eating so much sugar.

    I've noticed in all your videos you have hand tremors most visible in your thumbs. Is that caused by the glucose spikes?

      Maybe, donuts do ramp me up a bit as I've noticed too.
