The second suit pattern is a glen check with possibly an over check The first two jackets had no vents in the back. The third jacket had double vents

I almost exclusively buy secondhand and have been thinking about getting into 40s suits because of the higher armhole and more flattering drape. This video hit my feed at just the right time.

I like these suits but my preference for vintage suits are single breasted three piece suits from the late 1930s early 1940's. My only problem late 40s early 50s suits are the large lapels and short ties. but style is subjective some may not agree but that's just me
