I just want to let everyone know that this car was stolen recently and I’m absolutely gutted. I put so much time, money and effort into it, only to have a complete piece of shit take it from me.
good to see some 300zx Australian content. im in SA, good luck with you track racing. another tip ive been told is to carefully remove the MAF screen from the unit for more air speed/flow just be careful about the sensor behind it & make sure your adaptor bolts inside are thread locked. maybe get a second hand good one first and try it on that one. don't touch the sensor either, you can spray it with throttle body cleaner to get any crap of it, as they do get dirty. ive owned my 90 base model z32 2.0 for 18yrs ruffly and im all about weight reduction for the NA if you want a quick little NA manual with all the mods off course, power to weight ratio means a lot with v6 NA. this what i have done to mine eg: keep it cool Mishimoto rad, thermo fan, 98 octane always, new water pump, no clutch fan, hard pipes with pod filter, blue gates timing belt kit etc, lite weight flywheel & stg3 clutch, 1pc tail shaft shaft, 4x under drive pulley set. header extractors, megan down test pipes and magnaflow rear system with mid UAS x muffler, chipped ecu. walbro pump, new coils, new injectors full wiring harness plug connectors replaced, new upgrade ptu, ngk's all my delete's are: air cond pump and all that goes with it, swap out 2pc tail shaft, egr valve delete & pipes, plenum water pipes delet, bose speaker system front and back they weigh a shit load, aiv's & ducts & pipes etc etc, rear wiper motor, no big wide rear tyres or heavy rims. no stupid spare wheel, no wings, no spoilers, subs amps etc. it all adds up to a lot of weight in the end almost a passenger in weight i would think, i haven't weighted it yet but looking forward too. my import black 90 model 2.0 t-top 5spd also came out with, No hicas, no cruise, no air bags, no abs, no electronic suspension crap and still it only has 129,000ks on the clock 30 years later it also came with a Z sport 300 klm speedo from japan that i have never seen another one on a zed apart from the nismo version. its the best car ive ever owned out of many and im now in my mid 50s. that's probably why i have no big wheels and wings on it. very stock looking sleeper thats very quick of the mark through the gears. ide like to put a super charger in place of the air cond compressor that i removed one day. hope ive inspired you to keep ripping crap out it for more HP gains.
Thanks for the message mate. It's not a particularly fast car under acceleration but more than makes up for it in the corners. I haven't had any cooling issues with the car, even with the track work that its done. Your car sounds like a real weapon and thanks for sharing your upgrades. My car's a work in progress and I've just been carrying out these upgrades when I get the time and money. I'm also not looking to add any wings on it and prefer to keep the stock look, and the OZ Racing Ultraleggera wheels I got suit the car and are lighter than the originals. It would be great to see you out on the track one day!
Thanks! Down the track I’m hoping to put on some bigger rotors and calipers, probably from AP Racing. Also some MCA Coilovers all round. Good luck with your Z!

Were you able to locate the vehicle? Or gone for good? If gone, plans to pick up another Z32?
The car has been recovered and I’ve bought it back. Please check out my latest video:

Beautiful car.
Hey mate ,
Im in vic as well and wonder if you ever go for a cruise on weekend with the 300?
I used to drive it all the time. It's not currently registered as I have to get another roadworthy for it. Hopefully I'll be back on the road soon!
Where did you get the MAF adapter?
It came with the new air filter.
For God's sake. Its Z.....not Zed......why tf do aussies, brits, and Canadians say Zed!?!?!?
Because that's how we pronounce....?
@@celsoir8223 Need to pronounce things correctly....🤷♂️
Mate... It's our accent and that's how we pronounce it.
@@celsoir8223 Z- (ZEE) Don't see Zebra pronounced Zedbra!. It's just a way for Brits and Aussies to get under everyone's skin.
Well I don't see anything wrong saying "zed" though, what's the problem?
