    This is 100% accurate. Dan Pena talks about this being how 99% of businesses in America are bought and sold...hospitals and medical industry businesses, insurance companies, pretty much anything. He says instead of starting a business, just find one for sale and bring in better marketing team, management, etc and scale it

    This is great awesome and will increase your business no doubt. But if you want to 10 x that business it is suggested what Dan Pena, Bruce Whipple, Jonathan Jay have done to groom millionaires and billionaires and that is to acquire more businesses. This is what major conglomerates like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google have done. Same concept as in real estate. I'm sure you know this already.

    To be honest, I feel somethings aren’t good for certain industries. Influencers and Gurus monetize information and expose industries to LARGE AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE. However, what are the cons to everybody doing the newest hottest thing..we’ve seen in the past what it does to the market…I’m personally tired of seeing Gurus creating courses for every industry to just saturate the market for a boost in likes followers and course purchases…

    I'm looking at purchasing a current business with stellar credit, sound clients, and a great reputation through owner financing, as you spoke of. When you were talking about the different phases, you said things that I've always believed to be the best way to do business. Having the current owner stay as a small part and making a profit among other things you spoke of is the game changer, in my opinion!
    Can we open a dialog in private away from here to fine tune this potential low 7 figure purchase?
    Next, I'm looking at the purchase of an international company, which will be in the 8 figure range, among other things, using the same tactics. Great Video! Thank You

    I wish this video was long coz it was way too nice, I was searchin thru lessons on seller financing this is the first video came up, iv gat an owner willin to sell me a francise of a meat processing company at $12,370. I cant manage to buy cash I want to negotiate with him about seller financing the business I strongly no for sure I can run it well and fully aware of the numbers and how sustainable it is. Hope he agrees on terms

    I've got a business I'd be willing to sell, (ice cream shop, including retail/wholesale and events) on creative finance...but in the UK. Do any of your interested students/viewers live in the UK (Cheshire is where the business is)

    You can automate ALL the booking, notifications, payments and everything that VA you want to hire would do... no person needed for that stuff.

    Is there a clause that you use in seller financing a business that would protect the owner and allow them to "repo" if you don't make the payments on time (like in real estate)? If so, how late before they can take possession again? I haven't had a chance to watch the full video yet.

      There is. I was reading about this on Nerd wallet. Like in real estate, it comes down to how the contract is written. This clause would make it more fair for the seller.

    I think you are completely wrong. His problems would ease with a virtual assistant but his biggest problem is that he is the artist. Like a craftsmanship working with wood, you can only produce 1 table ever so often. The biggest need you have and the biggest problem you'll always have is replicating the artist. You'll eventually need 4 to 6 groomers. Where do you find them? How do you train them? Most importantly, how do you retain them?
    This is a risky venture because you aren't a groomer. If a couple of key people leave, you're in crisis because you can't step in. This will be a slow build because quality people in key positions is paramount.

      I agree with you, it's like a barbershop if your Rockstar leaves your screwed. Talent generally will only leave if they're unhappy. Gotta make it worth it for them. He did mention a profit share with the groomer it could work, the mobile I feel is a bad idea, insurance more expenses up keep on the vans etc potential theft of the grooming service.. don't do mobile its not a good idea.

    I get what this guy is trying to do, he's giving you the rundown or how he would do it, but if I'm trying to buy my first business I don't have money to just go and hire more people ,buy more Vans and turn them into mobile units, invest money in marketing, invest money in software that's going to automate the billing and the marketing and the keeping up with clients, and this is the problem that I come across with a lot of these kinds of videos it's like, hey let me show you how to buy a business when I'm already successful and have money to buy a business and upgrade it and pimp it out...
