I am in ketosis! The keto diet is working with the Keyto pen to help me along the way

Finally I am in ketosis! This Keyto pen is super awesome. Holy shit my hair is thinning but that’s another topic. This Keyto pen is absolutely amazing I am super impressed! I love the keto recipes and so far I’m loving the keto diet overall... lol let’s see how I feel about this in a couple more weeks.
