Appreciate your efforts in updating us on the development in Kharadi. Please create a video explaining why the road from Ubale Nagar to Kohinoor Kaliedo/VJ Enchante project is pending. It was available at the time of launching, but now it's closed, not even allowing passage for developers to transport their construction material.
I have seen the video of sample of this kohinoor project, things i noticed is the flat, concept, choice of material is very poor....tiles was looking below average and same will be given in actual flat...... windows & frame is black 😢, reminind of very very old fashion, carpet is pretty compact
Yes sir 2022 mai launch huwa tha project Nyati eska construction kar raha hai 21 acers mai project hai kuch towers abhi launch karne baki hai as per construction speed kam bohat acha chal raha hai or Dec 2025-June 2026 mai possession mil sakta hai 👍🏻
It won’t. There are huge number of IT parks are planned in Kharadi, Wagholi, Mundhwa and KP. Currently there is less supply and more demand in eastern Pune. So as compared to western Pune, eastern Pune will command more prices in future. Outer Ring Road will add to juggernaut.
@@Aaditya10021 Kharadi will host largest IT parks in just 3-5 yrs. And then its going to continue till ORR entry from east side. I personally prefer western Pune due to greenery and less congestion, wider roads. Hinjawadi, Mhalunge, Wakad will also host big tech parks after completion of metro line.

@@rahulmore2015 Land Acquisition is almost complete for western part and in-progress for eastern part. Construction is starting in January.
