Your projection of water costing is excellent. The whole project right now looks in the middle of nowhere as all work locations are far away and the approach roads are narrow and inadequate. No road lighting either. The pricing is also on the higher side for its remoteness.

We have 4 Flats on each floor and 3 lifts are available, still we are facing high waiting time for the lifts in peak hours. High Density is a big concern in many projects. Appreciating the Analysis of water cost but by paying this high amount there is no guarantee of good quality water.

One year back, 1.3 cr was the cost of 3 bhk in Central Kharadi cost, now one gets 2 bhk in same cost. No one is planting trees it will all be a dessert. Almost, same configuration flat was available in Kohinoor Kaleido for 85lk. Hope the buyers realise this price disconnect.

Kohinoor and other builders are saying there will be three jackwells for water supply, one is already present, another work in progress, but main question is will these water supply enough for complete township
My question was the same... why jackwells.. Pune has already started walking the path of Bangalore (Borewells.. borewells and borewells) where Corporation forgets about water supply and let people take care of themselves ?... In Monsoon, jackwells may work as township is close to mula mutha river. But in summer ? The river gets dried and no water can be seen at bridge near Koregaon park, then how come that river water reach Kharadi
