A lot of these combos aren't optimal, so I'll throw my two cents in on the characters I know.
Green Lantern -
You should only ever use the trait or a bar of meter, never both. So, do B13 xx 4 xx DB1, 123 xx DB1 or use 123/DB1/F2D3 xx DB1 MB, B3, J3, 2231/223 xx DB1 (damage or a side switch). These do 228 and 361.77 damage, respectively.
Black Adam -
The combo shown is mostly optimal, the only change is that post patch, the combo actually does more damage with a MB Black Magic rather than a MB Lightning Cage, with the added bonus of being easier and more reliable to execute.
Poison Ivy -
Do 121213 xx DB2 MB, F3, J1, B2D2 xx DBF1. This combo does 373 damage to Superman, and has the added benefit of being able to be performed off of different starters. This is pretty hard to execute, as you need to cancel the 121213 right before the last hit, which is a hard knockdown, and then you need to hit the F3 after the MB vine drill, which is a tight link. But really, Poison Ivy is a high execution character, and if you aren't comfortable with that, you should probably pick a different character.
Wonder Woman -
The best combo here is B11 xx BF2, F23, B3, J3, 3 xx BF1. This will deal 425 damage to Superman. This also has a tight link, that being F23, B3. There is a visual cue to help you nail the combo, though; after the kick in F23, as soon as Wonder Woman's foot hits the ground, input the back 3. With practice you should be able to land this combo reliably 100% of the time.
Cheetah -
Cheetah is my personal favorite character, and although she has a lot of high damaging combos, she has the weakness that they're all off of command grabs, meaning she needs to either start with a Jump 3, a B2, a MB B/F3, a tick throw or just a lucky raw command grab. If she doesn't start with those, her best combo is 112 xx DB2 MB, which does do a whopping 462 damage to Superman if you happen to have your trait active, but otherwise only does 249.
Now for her more interesting combos. J3, 112 xx DBF1 MB, B3, 112 xx DBF1 does 461 damage to Superman and can be performed off of her leap.
MB F3, J3, 112 xx DBF1 does 430 damage to Supes and has the advantage of the F3 being an armored attack, meaning you can take a hit and keep going. You can do this to counter a wakeup attack.
B2 xx DBF1 MB, B3, J1, 112 xx DBF1 does 373 damage, and is more practical than the other two combos.
(Air) DB2 MB, J1, 112 xx DBF1 only does 301 damage, but it starts off of an unreactable overhead, and as such is integral to her mixup game.

GL main. And yes I agree, good info for guys who don't know much. My 2¢ is that with trait you shout set up a cross-up or a 50/50 situation. They're both safe and lead to about 300+ (just one combo) to 800+ (with 2 set ups)
Personally with Captain Cold, I tend to end that same combo string with 1 2, 1 2 2 4(hold or forward 4 for snowglobe) after the jump attack.
It does a little less damage, but is a safe way to deploy the globe or charge at least half a bar of trait.

4 is circle
1 is your light attack, 2 is medium, 3 is heavy, and 4 is trait. It's a way to write out combos that is universal to all consoles.

MUHAMMAD KHAIRI AIMRAN Swamp thing and bane were basic. Swamp thing can do 38 percent with the same a lit of effort. And bane that start up is easily blockable it's to slow and doesn't really work online plus it's unsafe. Cyborg can get more damage to with the same amount of effort on his combo

Deadshot: back3, air1, back1 2 up3, back forward 3 mb, forward4, down back 2 mb.
I think your getting the numbers messed up. No such things as up 3. back forward 3 is not a thing for deadshot

There's a firestorm combo that does way more damage and is also easy it stars from a molten trap into f3,f2,1 nova burst and finally f1,3 to its torpedo like move I forgot it's name

I don't have a top 10 since I don't play that many characters, but my absolute 2 favorites to play are Bane and Green Lantern! Love both of them! I am also liking Black Adam and Wonder Woman at the moment 👍

That was far from an atrocitus BnB combo. Entire trait gone, didnt restand, and just overall unoptimized. Couldve got the same damage for no bars.
