For anyone reading this: I know that dog training can be difficult sometimes, but you're doing great. Keep up the good work, and your dog (and your own sanity) will thank you for it! ❤️💕

This comment made me laugh because I'm currently losing my sanity with my 8 dogs😂❤ it's hard because I currently work in the afternoon to night so I barely have time to get stuff done at home so being with them is even more of a chaotic scene but this comment under this video highlights how much hope must have to see this through. I love them so much and this has helped me feel better about not being able to get a handle on them.
There's always something new to learn every day and this flew over my head cuz her logic is 💯

This video is actually a huge encouragement for me. I have 3 puppies around the age of six months. 2 are Shitzu/Yorkie/ dachshund & one is Pit/lab . There’s one trainer (that I REALLY like, but he says not to have multiple puppies to train at once) but these guys are SO SWEET & I really love them, I’ve just been dreading the training process on account of what he’s said. I had even thought of getting rid of one of them just to make things easier on account of her highly energetic nature…. But I truly don’t want to because she’s really bonded to me.

I am so happy I found you this morning. I have 6 dogs and two are puppies. 2 GSD's, 2 Boston Terriers (one is blind), One 5 month old Chihuahua and one 2 month old Toy Poodle. I so need to crack down on my training. The door issue is a major one for me as we live in the forest and of course the GSD's want to charge to chase. I am going to start on this today. Thank you so much for this video....makes a lot of sense. Mine go absolutely crazy at the door.

All your videos are so great! Wish I had these growing up with so many dogs. Have two specific areas I need help with and not sure where to post:
1- we have the 7.5 yo family dog and now son who lives on his own has a puppy that we watch sometimes. Family dog (Bentley) wants nothing to do with puppy. How to I acclimate him and get him to enjoy her?
2- Bentley is chewing his paws like crazy! We tried removing chicken and that seemed to fix it for a couple years but it’s back! 🥴
Thanks in advance for the extra help! 💖

🎉I thought you did great! It’s very hard to work with multiple needs. Sometimes things can slip past a trainers awareness but you did super well! I work with my Goldendoodle 12 wk old on manners (wait, leave it, sit before bolting out of play pin since day one) and it’s been super helpful! He doesn’t try to knock the food bowl down before eating now and putting on his harness is a breeze when he knows that he has to sit. Love your videos and tidbits too. 🎉

I have had 4 puppies in my life, and last week I got an 8 week old Scottie. She is the hardest puppy I have ever had or seen. Has the worst seperation anxiety that we cannot figure out how to remedy, we have tried every tip on every page and video and nothing is working. She will scream for hours without stopping for 10 seconds, tearing at the metal and her bed. Any tips from anyone would be appreciated. My wife and I both work full time but she is played with/let out/given treats in the morning, at 11am on my lunch break, and 130 PM on my wifes lunch break, at 330 PM during my afternoon break, and all evening.

Hi, i have 3 babies I love them so much but 2 of them wouldn't get along with eachother. They fight with eachother so I keep them separate but i shift in new house so I want to keep them in my room. Any suggestions? Do I need to tie them in 3 corners of room and giving them loving treatment so they get social with eachother?

I would love to see 3 things: 1. how you train "place" when working with multiple dogs who know nothing. I have an 11 y.o. and just rescued a 1 yr old and a 13 wk old. And 2. What to do about my oldest snapping and growling at the new babies? She needs aggression training. And 3. The 1 yr old barks at the 11 you. How to stop barking in a pack? Thanks!

Great job. You can do 2 at a time for Marlow, but it all worked out fine. We do a 3 dog walk so I have taught to step and wait. The goal is for them to do it without the leash. We have to go out by leash except for my Aussie shepherd border collie as she has it all down pat as long as I tell her or she does her own free thing. She models the behavior or watches others, but that is the joke with them. Anyway our doodle is learning fast from her. Keep sharing and can you do a video on all the picky pup problems and solutions? #askrachelfusaro

This was very helpful for me, I would love to see more videos on training multiple dogs together. I have 4 dogs, 2 that are almost 9 years (from the same litter) and 2 that are 10 months. They all do great with individual training, but when they're all together it's sometimes challenging to get their attention.

Hi , I have watched your videos. Recently we have rescued a mixed shih tzu male about 2 -3 yrs.possibly.. he is very attached to us. Have tried the crate and he goes wild, even for 5 minutes ( he messes in crate.. we do feed me in the crate. I have sat by the crate putting in treats,he does go in there to get them. I do close the door for few secs, wait til he sits, give reward and let him out and do it again. We don't do this daily and I know we should. We can not leave him alone. or run of the house.. into things... He even sleeps between us..( which our dog never did,, she passed away last yr)...He get very distracted going potty outside..CATS next door and keeps looking over there... forever waiting.. What else can we do? He has separation anxiety for sure.... I know this is long.. Hope you can give few tips. thanks

I love your channel so much!
I started a TH-cam channel for my dog and I enjoy watching your channel. It’s really helped me with my training. My dog is 9 and I still train him because he enjoys it so much. I used to do agility training but I can’t anymore because my dog has arthritis and a partial torn ACL, so now I practice doing tricks that don’t require movement & train him, take him to the park, go swimming in the lake, go on hikes, etc.
    Sorry for the rant!

Possible tip: I've worked with my puppy on pressing a button to let me know she wants out and then sitting on the mat next to it until I 'release' her out the back door. If I'm prompting the activity, I subtly direct her to the mat by asking if she wants out, wherein she is again 'released' after I have the door open. My poor mobility makes it unsafe to be rushed at the door, so giving my pups a specific 'place' to wait, until the door is open and I'm ready, has been awesome!
We have one older and one very young rescue, both of whom love to learn on the regular here at home - with the help of your pack of course! However, we often visit/stay with family and that totals 7 dogs with highly varied levels of training. Any tips on keeping my dogs from relearning poor habits while we're with the pack? Additionally my eldest experiences a lot of anxiety when other dogs vocalize outside of playtime, thus he's generally too panicked while we're there to really maintain focus on us; we're frustrated for us and them, and hoping we don't need to stop visiting - so any insight would be most welcome. Thank you so much for your perspective on dog momming!!
