Hello! For my 1983 Suzuki GN250 the right size was the smaller size (83.5mm if i remember correctly) but i do not know about the right size for 2003 model, it may be different. In not, ultimately you'll need to measure it by yourself - that would be the best option to get the correct size.
I just went by guts and service manual like this: Intake 0.05 (service manual reference: 0.03 - 0.08) Exhaust: 0.10 (service manual reference: 0.08 - 0.13)
How did you go by getting the right size jug for your gn because I ordered one im kinda confused with the size and when they changed the size of the hole.I have a 1988 gn 250 J and im not to sure if the big bore kit i ordered will fit and I have a question do you know what year they changed the hole size of the gn 250 jug.
@@johnmiller7901 first i ordered the wrong one (larger) and then the other one. There was big notification on eBay and Aliexpress that ”you should measure the size before purchase” but i ignored it and learned the hard way. Im not sure what year it has been changed but my 1983 model has the smaller sleeve size.

You shouldn't use a panel hammer on tools, it'll mark the face and then you'll stamp those marks on anything ya hit! Just remember to polish it ^_^
