The first truly independent review of Forte Oil Fortifier. My own genuine review after 2000 miles in my BMW 5 Series. #cars #mechanic #bmw #mercedes #tuning #hacks #reviews #review #engine
Totally agree got a bmw 22yrs old almost gave up on it run great but used oil and loads of smoke 1000quid plus to fix put 2 bottles of forte in took a while cos i dont do many miles but now no smoke and no topping up the oil runs like new forte products are a great product
Put one bottle full into an Alfa Mito Diesel 1.3 that had just started emitting blue smoke. I ran the engine for 5 mins. After a couple of hours I drove it for 45 minutes and the blue smoke hasn't appeared since. BTW, you aren't recommended to use it on wet clutch vehicles.
Hello, thank you for video. I have same engine m52b25. My oil comsumtion is 1l on 1000km. I realy thinking to try this forte product. Any new update on your burning oil? And what type of oil you using.Thank you.
Thankyou for posting a comment. Oil consumption is still hugely reduced, it really is quite noticeable how many less times I'm getting the oil top up warnings! I would guestimate that oil consumption is now around 1L per 2000miles (3200km). I use Mannol Extreme 5W40 oil available online auction house. The other thing is it seems to have tightened up the engine response, not that it ever was lacking in that respect bit I guess some minor tolerances have been sealed/smoothed. Still very impressed with the product!
Going back years when Forte first appeared, I worked for Nissan and the rep for Forte arrived to do a demonstration. We had an old high mileage six cylinder car in the workshop, we did two compression tests before and after, very impressed.
Ok I think that's a pretty standard fuel injected petrol engine, so it would be worth a try. Check through the product spec sheets/info available online, and also research why you might have high oil consumption/engine wear, online forums are a good resource. Good luck, & hope this product works for you. Well worth a try imo.
Hi, thanks for commenting. I used one full bottle. And having put another 1500 miles on the clock since the video I can confirm that oil consumption is still massively lower than it was previously. I'm not sure how this product works, but it does the trick! Highly recommend if you have an engine that is structurally sound, and still starts well but just feeling it's age perhaps. Good luck, hope it works for you.
If you are changing the oil, probably beat to get the level approx between min and max, and then pour in the additive. Fortunately the additive isn't a huge quantity so I wouldn't worry too much. Hope it works for you.
Excellent concise review, why aren't all youtubers like this?! No waffle just honest facts, m thanks.

What a great insight, thanks for taking the time to comment.
Will it work in the Hyundai tri engines.
Not familiar with 'tri' engine, but the product should work with any typical/normal engine. They all work in a similar way.

@@AutomotiveWorldYT When changing the oil, I have to pour in a tube, right, without exceeding the maximum of the stick?
