I'm glad you pointed out the guy shouldn't be there on the track doing the video/photos, such a dangerous thing to do that I'm seeing more common in recent track day youtube videos. Glad you are a safety-conscious driver and also that car looks dang fast lol
What caused the brake malfunctions warning to appear and disappear multiple times? (stored code?) Just curious. Try efficient engine (instead of sport) for better throttle modulation - unless you're tuning the throttle maps. Also the feeling of losing your brakes can happen if you happened to get on the brakes too fast, too hard, and the grip wasn't there; freaking out the ABS. Not sure if that's your situation but the "ice mode" braking situation has happened to me consistently when those factors combine. Excited to follow the build and development, thanks for sharing. Car's keeping you on your toes haha.
I’m not entirely sure… the brake booster was acting a bit funny… maybe Ice mode through the chicane bumps? The car was definitely a handful in this weather! 😂
Fellow data analyst I see…Brand new 275 square CRS on my M2c pulled max 1.7 lateral G, max G of the g87 was 1.16… speaks to the track and tire conditions. I’m confident in idea conditions… if it can pull anywhere close to my f87 in ideal conditions with new tires… 1:12…
