Great video. As a vinyl laying virgin my floor finished up great with seamless joins. Very good instruction, clear and concise without the usual youtube waffle
Daniel Jensen, you just gave me courage to lay that flooring. Thanks so much for super clear instructions. Very kind regards from Devon, Alberta Canada. Would you consider taking an apprentice, a 60+ grandma :-) likely not, but that's okay
I’ve just tried laying some black rubber flooring in the garage where I work on cars. I used a product called Mapei Ultrabond VS90 Plus. It’s completely failed. It’s been down a week and I can still move the rubber with my foot. Where am I going wrong?
The video is from 5 years ago :-) Did you lay the rubber flooring directly onto concrete? If so, did you put down a vapour barrier first? Here's the data link - www.polymax.co.uk/media/documents/Datasheet/UltrabondEcoVS90Plus.pdf
Wow I'm not being funny but there are so many errors in this video!!! Do not install like this! I'm shocked to say the least! Read the instructions on the adhesive label and as for joining wow not like in the video for heavens sake!
Then The Colour Flooring Company has it wrong. Please correct your installation video as you can not install vinyl and especially rubber in this manner. If you have any credibility and want to do your company any good then take this video down. End of.
@@ansleytaylor8061 You stated that he was making a load of errors but you can't say what they are. Yeah, as I suspected. Some type of disgruntled competitor or maybe just a troll.

Rubber is only installed competently by a handful of fitters nationally because its notoriously difficult.
Probably let glue setup too long, used wrong glue, or had tons of dust
You can tell skill because the whole process looks easy! Obviously over time is your own way of working but could watch you lay glue all day!
Immensely helpful - thanks.
Its a shame that the floor is vinyl not rubber like the title says
Proper skills 👌🏻
so nice..
Hi Mozghan
yes
I will not be attempting this!!!

This is manufacturer's instructions for how to lay and seam our vinyl and rubber so it is correct

Why don't you give actual specifics of the errors then and detail the correct way it should be done
Information is out there it’s not hard to find. Though skills come with practice.
