There is no measurable difference in engine temperatures at the Blue Belt level. These cars do very well at the track when completely stock. And even better with the added horsepower!
We've done hundreds of Blue Belt Performance Packages on LF4 engines in ATS-Vs and CT4-V Blackwings. Some of the earlier ones now have 80,000 to 120,000 miles on them. At this power level, with regular oil changes, reliability is similar to factory.

@@fzr1000981 We don't know the exact drivetrain loss numbers. On M6 cars, 8 to 10% is probably realistic. On A10 cars, I'd estimate 10 to 12%. Yes, the clutch is totally fine even at 600 or 700 whp. However, you can kill one in one pass at the drag strip if you try hard enough.

It took us more than one year to get to the point we are today, giving us the ability to tune these cars in house. As of today, there is still no way for us to monitor key parameters such as knock retard and wastegate duty cycle remotely. Right now this has to be done in house using the MDI2 device like a Cadillac dealership would. Also, we have no way to propagate the tunes remotely at this time. Our team will continue working on these and other issues, but be aware that remote tuning for this platform might still be a long way off.

My least favorite Ford color, Grabber Blue. So Cadillac decides to throw damn near the same color on what is otherwise a gorgeous car. Ugh on top of ugh. I also still can't get over there fact they're still using the same 3.6 V6 from a Colorado. Grant it it's been boosted and tuned to make respectable numbers but c'mon GM this is the same combo from the ATS-V. If you're gonna send pushrods sailing into the sunset at least give us something original.

Every dealership is different, but both those items are removable and the OEM parts can be reinstalled if necessary.

There is no measurable difference in engine temperatures at the Blue Belt level. These cars do very well at the track when completely stock. And even better with the added horsepower!

We've done hundreds of Blue Belt Performance Packages on LF4 engines in ATS-Vs and CT4-V Blackwings. Some of the earlier ones now have 80,000 to 120,000 miles on them. At this power level, with regular oil changes, reliability is similar to factory.
How often do you recommend oil changes? 5000 miles with synthetic ?
Are there boost by gear thresholds in factory? What about the tune? Is 20psi or more configurable?

You're exactly right. The engine itself is nearly identical. It's the ECM and Global B security that's so challenging.
