such buyer’s remorse. should have gotten one in october and went for a countryman again. I so regret it. now stuck for a year or so till lease is moving along to ask for a early buyout. good news is 2024 is a redesign inside. so will see if I can get lucky with a december or march lease early buyout and get into a ct4

I just subscribed to your channel. I have a 2015 Infiniti Q50 3.7, that I put a lot of work into as well. I just got a 2023 ct4 V Blackwing and I want to start modding that too. So I know your Channel will help me out a lot. And I just downloaded the Tapout app as well. I seen some parts on that website. I think it's almost the only website that has stuff for a Cadillac. Two thumbs up man. Now you would void your warranty after all of this correct LOL

We recommend going with HP Tuners if it fits your budget. If not, the JB4 would be your best bet.

Real question, ATSV or CT4V Blackwing? I will get my hands on them I am starting research on which I would rather have. Track days and daily fun is what I would want.
Hey guys, been sitting on my JB4 install due to worry of voiding warranty. In the meantime, is it okay to install just the ported throttle body and downpipe ?

Every dealership is different, but both those items are removable and the OEM parts can be reinstalled if necessary.
Scott what can we expect as far as long term reliablity with the blue belt package?
We've done hundreds of Blue Belt Performance Packages on LF4 engines in ATS-Vs and CT4-V Blackwings. Some of the earlier ones now have 80,000 to 120,000 miles on them. At this power level, with regular oil changes, reliability is similar to factory.
How often do you recommend oil changes? 5000 miles with synthetic ?
Do you suggest lowerin Springs? And if so, what lower in Springs do you suggest b C coilovers Does not have Coilovers four our cadillac. Also I am trying to make a trip to you guys to have you guys install the seven hundred horsepower package
We offer and recommend Swift Springs, which can be found on our website! They improve the handling and looks of your car for sure.
Do you recommend Springs or coilovers? I have coilovers on my infinity Q50 Can you even get coil overs for the cadillac

Doesn't look like much has changed from the ATS-V except the airbox plumbing.
You're exactly right. The engine itself is nearly identical. It's the ECM and Global B security that's so challenging.
Can anyone recommend a shop in Florida (anywhere in Florida) to get some work done on ATS-V?

Hey guys, I'm super interested in running the style of wheel that the Parked 4V BW has near the beginning of the video. Do you guys know the dimensions of the wheels? Front and back. I'd appreciate it A LOT if you could give that info
Are there boost by gear thresholds in factory? What about the tune? Is 20psi or more configurable?
I would have to find a shop that knows how to tune this vehicle right. I do want to buy it but I don’t think there’s any shops in Philly that can tune this if I start buying parts

Will this ever be available for people that can't drive to your shop?
It took us more than one year to get to the point we are today, giving us the ability to tune these cars in house. As of today, there is still no way for us to monitor key parameters such as knock retard and wastegate duty cycle remotely. Right now this has to be done in house using the MDI2 device like a Cadillac dealership would. Also, we have no way to propagate the tunes remotely at this time. Our team will continue working on these and other issues, but be aware that remote tuning for this platform might still be a long way off.

If I tuned it with you guys is it going to lose the warranty ? Can I export it for other countries after tuning ?
Generally aftermarket work will void a warranty, however, every dealership is different.
Would these modifications work on a CT5 V? I understand that there are differences to the engines and I am not well versed in the space.

Yes, this was a 93-octane tune.

Whats the hp limit on these with a stock block
We have built and/or tuned nearly 50 of them in the 675 to 800 whp range now. Roughly half of these have been dyno validated. All are still running well.

My least favorite Ford color, Grabber Blue. So Cadillac decides to throw damn near the same color on what is otherwise a gorgeous car. Ugh on top of ugh. I also still can't get over there fact they're still using the same 3.6 V6 from a Colorado. Grant it it's been boosted and tuned to make respectable numbers but c'mon GM this is the same combo from the ATS-V. If you're gonna send pushrods sailing into the sunset at least give us something original.
Hey Scott, with the blue belt package, whats the next limiting factor from going for more boost? I ask because my fuel cam is already installed haha
Fuel octane is the next limiting factor.

@@fzr1000981 Somewhere around 20 psi is reasonably safe, since these engines have fairly high compression ratio.
@@tapouttuning8902 last question - significantly more driveline loss on dyno with the 10 speed? Is the clutch in the manual up to the task of 500+ rwhp?
@@fzr1000981 We don't know the exact drivetrain loss numbers. On M6 cars, 8 to 10% is probably realistic. On A10 cars, I'd estimate 10 to 12%. Yes, the clutch is totally fine even at 600 or 700 whp. However, you can kill one in one pass at the drag strip if you try hard enough.
if this has a manual transmission, its the twin to the one I just put on order! perfect color combo, IMO.

How do the cars handle this power level on the track? Do temps go significantly higher?
There is no measurable difference in engine temperatures at the Blue Belt level. These cars do very well at the track when completely stock. And even better with the added horsepower!

If you're going to modify and/or tune your car, it's best to assume your powertrain warranty will be voided.
