One week later, and they still haven't pulled a second run to confirm the numbers. That shows the confidence in the results? Probably a ~3,500 HP motor when the dyno runs are consistent?

@@richardharper3026No the exact same turbos but in precision comes out with their next gen 102s and 110s you might see Cleetus change to them and make even more power I've heard he's going to go for the record and then some you know Cleetus is always full send he loves dyno record hell he loves all records it's how he built his channel!

I worked for comfortzone and used to do your HVAC. I was always mesmerized looking at the work you guys do when i was there. Everyone was always super cool. I've been dying for cleetus to step up to the PL, FuelTech level. It's super cool to see all the people coming from cleetus to show love to you guys!
I've been watching Paul for years. loved the blower Pro Slammer. And the turbo mustang that has some records too. If you see this Paul, You're the man!!!
I have passes in all pressurized engine combo's , mostly roots/alcohol , I found the turbo-2 step a little tricky but after 80 feet the pull was insane !
Awesome power mate 💪..That fella knows a thing or two about drag racing and how to get it down the black top and that beast will run a easy 5 👌 and awesome to see a Aussie over there on a Aussie mainline dyno 👍
The new gen one's are bad ass but the only bad thing is they just made the new ones up to the 98mm I want to see them come out with the new 102 and 106 and the 110 and the biggest of them the 118!
Wow what a awesome video cleetus McFarland is building a small tire car with the same Proline Engine also with same turbos. I hope he goes FUELTECH the best
Steve Petty is a wizard.. I remember when he tuned Tim Lynch’s outlaw 10.5w mustang that’s when everyone really started to notice turbos, proline and so forth…
I would say Mark Mikey will be paying a visit to FuelTech to make that run at 6,000 horsepower he wanted to make a run at it last time but being a new car and having a race to make he played it safe but if there's a car that can do it Mark's car is it!
Love the content. Be cool to get an understanding of what they're seeing with each dyno pull and what adjustments are being made along the way. Fuel, timing, boost, etc
@@iCheckMyPulse The record is a 5.14 @278mph letting off early. Set at the same track they are going too this winter. Garrett is just getting his feet wet, Paul has been doing this for years. Everything I said you can look up 🤷🏻♂️
Dyno numbers are great when your sitting in a bar. But it's first to the finish line. Like to see these on a normally prepped track not the super sticky ones they race on.
The shut down straight after the pull...and I thought the turbo's needed time to cool lol. I like the how the warm up runs were 3700hp. Incredible. Congrats on the record
Something seems off with that jump from 3700 to 5300. Is that 5300 repeatable? Are we sure the dyno is working properly? Not saying it's not legit, but just questioning repeatability.
So Cleatus "Garrett" has the same set up in a different chassis. So power levels should be the same. It is another car to watch for as the turbos boost is now more like a prochrager with the blow off on the charged side near the intake. It's going to be a crazy season.
The turbo shaft is no longer under load since there is no more exhaust gas pushing against the turbine wheel, and the oil is still flowing as the pressure dies off. The residual lubrication is plenty fine to supply the bearings.
Wow, what a wild setup. So there’s no fear in over spinning the turbine wheels? Or I’m assuming they’re sized perfectly for the engine capacity and how much exhaust is being pumped out of the engine?
Help me understand please, why after a full pull do you shut down the engine completely from Max rpm? What's the theory behind this? Cheers! Congrats on the output hp too 🎉
Keep the heat out of the heads. They are waiting till the heads get to temp, then do the pull, then shut it down. That's what you'd do at the track as well.
Looks sick! Quick question: why do they turn off the engine right after the run? Isn't it supposed to run for a bit in order to cool down? What am I missing?
I second Fucking Wicked. Now, can they put this power to the ground. Steve Morris just switched to the same turbo control feature to stop surging. This seems to be the answer with turbo's. Spin them up, hold the rpm, reduce bleed to get boost. Simple and stupid always works best.
It makes sense, instead of slowing the turbo to regulate boost just regulate the actual boost, has gotta be more responsive to tuning changes, as long as the turbo is actually capable of making the number your asking for you instantly get it, and boost creep and overboost are never gonna be an issue with this type of system.
Ive noticed that they dont use a jack to support the rear, like gintani does on his hub dyno. Wonder if that put more wear on the machines as well as the hubs.

I like it that way 😂😂😂
I mean, turbos are mufflers lol
You know you've built a RIG when the air it sucks in is louder than the air it pushes out 😂
I see an Eagle proline match up in the making
Yea, this build seems very similar to Eagle.
That's what got me here!
Yup pretty much the same
Eagle has FT injectors. It's 100% happening.
We need to let cleeter know to watch out for the fuel line collapsing! Hate to torch a pro line when he could have been warned! 🤷♂️
The craftsmanship that goes in to these cars is unreal. What a beautiful build.
That can't be stressed enough! The team behind a build like this are amazing craftsmen.
Even the ProLine guys were surprised 😂 Crazy power!
Alepa made 5200 plus years ago with old technology turbos converter ect. This is impressive no doubt

Well he does have more turbo he's got 3 106mm turbos in a compound setup that's 318mm of turbos lol crazy!
