George Trache when i was in high school two of my schoolmates were gymnasts practiced so very many hours a week training i guess for the next step of their careers they were both iny biddy so short they both decided to stop i cant remember why and in about a month they were two feet taller all the exercises for so many years at that intensity and diet their growth was stunted a similar thing happens with jockies.
