    Hey man you should take that dryer 2A appliance repair shop and ask them how much to fix. That was really cool. Who doesn't love blowing some s*** up.

    Not enough gun powder to provide a sufficient gas operation to cycle with the blue shell ammo you used, defiently shouldn't be the spring in the ammo tube.
    Get better ammo

    It does that at first. After it is broken in, cleaned, and lubed it rocks!!

    Most people don't realize that people purposely leave the rubber on the charging handle because it doesn't hurt your fingers as much.

    you need a longer spring when you change the mag extension. Don't know if you did.

    I've never had a jam in my mpa I would say go with the 9 round magazine tube rather than an extension

    You're supposed to take off the rubber cover on the side. It's only for protecting the gun when stored.

    and that's why I leave them STOCK! I have two Hatsans and they both run like a top. No jams UNLESS I don't have them fully into my shoulder, but otherwise they process whatEVER I feed them. I'd rather have the one less round available as long as I know the f-er is going to work when I need it to. Know what I'm sayin?

    Guys....the big plastic knob on the charging handle is just a thing intended to protect it during shipping. It comes off...

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to load first shell in the chamber. If you try to insert another shell, when you push the flap the receiver closes. Btw I'm pointing away from myself. And I'm pretty sure safety was on

    couple questions, is 6 shots in the mag legal in Canada? also what did your mag hold without the extension?, I have the exact firearm and can only fit 4 2 3/4 shells, i've seen others fit 5 on youtube. what could the issue be?

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stock the shotgun can hold 5 but it's 4 in the tube +1 in the chamber. I bought this +1 extension from a Canadian website so I assume it's legal. Now it's 5 in the tube +1 in the chamber. I even saw there is a +2 extension available from another Canadian site but it was much more expensive.

    • @garbageday99
      @garbageday99 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      interesting I've seen a vid where the dude has the non adjustable stock, no extension and fits 5 in the mag 1 in the chamber, maybe the older models were different?

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      garbageday99 could be. I've heard they have changed somewhat over the years. You might be right

    • @22irock19
      @22irock19 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the newer models are chambered 3". It will hold 4 + 1, 3" shells. But if you load 2 3/4 shot, you can fit 5 + 1. Legal because mag has not been moded. Zombie Hunt, you are shooting a prohib rifle. 5 in the mag is max on a semi. That is only on a non modified mag. Those mag extensions are sold for the pump action versions which have no limits on mags.

    • @Thomas-dz4eg
      @Thomas-dz4eg 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The extension is intended for pumps. For an auto, its now prohibited. Five rounds of 3" only for that gun only. Plus a ghost is fine too.
      Now a 3 1/2" taking 7 rounds of 2 3/4" is fine, because it still only holds 5 3" rounds.

    hey I have two hatsan, one is like yours but is 7+1 + ghost load, an the other is the autodefend is 5+1 but short barrel, my question is can you give the brand and model of your side sadle. thanks

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Julio Castillo sure can. its not marked. give me a min to find the info. making a short review about it. only thing I recommend is to use semi permanent loc-tite for the main bolts and all small bolts. they work themselves loose very easily when I first used it. and the bolts will mark the gun a little, wear of the black finish near the bolt holes. nothing serious

      +Zombie Hunt Ottawa I wonder why the shells were ejecting wrong. Didn't like that ammo maybe?

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. Semi Auto shottys can be finicky. Especially with low brass birdshot. Maybe not enough power to cycle the action. High brass works flawlessly. Pump action it doesn't matter as much

    I don't always load and chamber with my safety off but when I do............

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Instructors will always tell you regardless of whether the safety is on or off to always point the gun in a safe direction. Do that and you're good. Don't rely on safety mechanisms. Possible gun could misfire. Extremely unlikely. But not unheard of

    • @H3lljumper-Zenic-PewPro
      @H3lljumper-Zenic-PewPro 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Negligent discharges are inexcusable regardless whether the firearm is pointed downrange or not. When you are loading without your safety on the chance you will catch your trigger is highly highly increased. It doesn't take a genius to press a button, it just takes attention to detail which you are clearly lacking. It's ok it won't be my toes you end up blowing off.

    • @JeanGuyFC
      @JeanGuyFC  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      You load shells 3-4 inches away from the trigger. If you set it off, you're just an idiot and shouldn't be allowed near guns. Period. I've never heard of anyone accidentally discharging their firearm. But I don't know any idiots. Maybe you do

    • @H3lljumper-Zenic-PewPro
      @H3lljumper-Zenic-PewPro 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +tom simpson You're telling me you've seen people blow their own foot off or almost kill someone. ...and you're telling ME I need formal training. Turkish Benelli

    • @dgunearthed7859
      @dgunearthed7859 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Basically yes. But don't expect to be able to keep it in the family as long as you would the Benelli. It's a good "train once in awhile, keep it handy for self-defense" role. See James at tfbtv, he did a couple of vids where a black aces tactical and a citidel did NOT even reach 500 rds before crapping out but the Maverick88 did it with flying colors. It's an affordable option is what it is.
