Thank you man, all of your tutorials are genuinely so helpful and straightforward!!! You've inspired me to create my own projects with more advanced stuff!! Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!
I have just gotten into RPG maker with ambitions to start my own game that I've been wanting to do for a few years now, but only actually starting 2 weeks ago. Tutorials for RPGMaker that have been rough to find in a steady way to show off the whole process. However this new wave of tutorials of yours came completely out of nowhere just this last week and let me tell you they have been a GODSEND. Thank you so much for what you're doing!!!
Yo, i'd be eternally grateful if you could make a tutorial on how to make a shop menu, where its a book and each page is something you can buy, ( upload our own images to show the item or whatever and write its info on the picture ) like being able to flip pages and click a purchase button on each page. I want to make a sort of dating sim style rpg where you can purchase a first date from a match maker in a book, i'm wanting to make each page be their sort of character profile with clickable buttons to turn the pages, purchase the 'date', ( or item, or plot of land in other scenarios, this could be used for a lot of things ) or click a close button to exit the book. and having it so the purchase button is a one time purchase, altering the page some how to show that its been purchased already, and the purchase is a condition to trigger a cutscene once you enter a specific location after. I'm wanting those characters to only show up in the town after you've seen the first cutscene event with them. and have more pages in the book be unlockable after meeting certain criteria like seeing the date cutscene with a specific girl, or triggering a random event cutscene or something. I've seen other people mention wanting to be able to do that sort of book shop-menu, but i haven't seen any tutorials on how to do something like that ( with or without plugins, but without is preferred if possible? ) i think a tutorial like that would be unique and a lot of people would find it super helpful and inspiring :0
Thank you for all these turtorials. All very well constructed and entertaining to watch. "dollaz" "ambitions" lmao! If you have the knowledge, could you please create turtorials to: 1 create RPG Maker in multiplayer? 2. create a persistant map when outside? 3. things to consider when exporting to mobile? i.e. adding a movement controller 4. creating diagnial movement as a common event for both keyboard and mouse, + mobile? 5. Is there a way to generate worlds/interiors with "items"? Do you have a game in the works we can support?
