they played this last night in concert and Benjamin dedicated it to lost loved ones. They turned off every light in the stadium and we lit it up with our cellphones. it was incredible. These guys are awesome.

A girl got hurt in the middle of the song so he made us get our lights out because we clapped an made sure she was alright. He said ours was the best one he saw. It was amazing.
The coolest thing about this video is how they portray the first four albums. Saturate appears on the monitor behind the kid. The bald man represents "We are not alone", Ben is The evil angel from Phobia, and his wife's brain scans are actually Ben's brain scans from the Dear Agony album cover.

I get a lot of hate from some of my friends when I listen to BB or five finger death punch or any other bands I love and it makes me sad because they don't realize that these bands have more meaning in one line of lyrics to me then an entire career of someone like Miley Cyrus or drake or Taylor swift.
Grace Turner Preach! That's what I always try to say. Like this stuff is music! It has meaning and depth. Unlike catchy songs like "don't let me down" or "this is what you came for". Nice party/ fist pump songs but do they really hit home or can they make you relate or feel? No. They don't. I always say no one makes music like before. Everything new is beats and crap. I think instead of inspiring people some of this music encourages drug use violence and possibly death.

As a firefighter I've seen so much death, and so much sadness from the families/people involved that it slowly started to eat me alive. Feeling every death was on my hands, and I could've done more. Breaking Benjamin helped get me through extremely dark times, and I continue to listen to them almost daily. I currently just got back on a department. Thanks Breaking Benjamin!

The story becomes clear after watching it a few times. The boy, the bald man and finally the guy from the accident are all spirits already. Clinging onto life for different reasons until visited by the man in black AKA Death. The man from the accident was holding on because of the love for his girlfriend, however, when death comes, it only "brushes" her which is a metaphor for her "brush with death" in the accident. The boyfriend finally realises she's going to live when death comes for him and not her. He accepts his fate and leaves with death, departing to the next life as his girlfriend wakes.

I remember watching this video about 3 years ago and didn't fully understand it. Now that I watched it again I understand it and I'm living through this. My girlfriend got into an accident yesterday, it was snowing and she lost control of the car and the breaks didn't work. Her cousin told me that she lost a lot of blood and a machine is helping her breathe. She always had a dream that she saw herself in a coffin wearing a white dress and she also dreamt that she died by a car accident. She has recently told me that she's going to die soon and by a car accident and there was nothing that was going to change that. I didn't want her to think that way and that she will live for decades longer and fulfill her dreams but I also feared that it might happen. I still haven't even see her in the hospital, she's in a hospital that's in a different state from where we live. Her family still hasn't told me which hospital she is in. I love her soo much and it kills me that there's a possibility that she's not going to wake up, but I have faith that she will because she always fought through tough situations and that's what made her into this strong, ambitious, and beautiful woman that she is today. I really wish it was me that this happened to, she doesn't deserve this, she doesn't deserve anything bad that has happened to her. She made me realize my full potential in everything that I do, she made me work hard in college and work hard for whatever it is I want to do in life. She means everything to me and I want her to wake up so we could both fulfill our dreams on this earth. She is supposed to graduate college this year and she worked very hard to graduate with her bachelors in just 3 years. Please God, give me a sign that she is going to be okay, please let her wake up and be able to breathe on her own soon. I love you Andrea and we will fulfill our dreams and grow old together.

This song I dedicated to my brother who has been in heaven since 1999, he died at 16 and we were super close. My brother died from Battens disease so he died very slowly from the age of 6-16. I swear I still feel him around and with this song I feel him even more. Yes I tear up a little with this song haha. All Benjamin's songs touched every single aspect of my life.

If you like this check out some of the other music from the other albums. Dear Agony and Phobia are the best albums imo. But the other ones have some good songs too just not as many.

I remember listening to this song so much, especially when I was crying on the ground due to my mom abusing me. In may of 2010 I went into a foster home and I still would listen to this song because even when I was away from the abuse the foster home wasn't any better. This song has so much meaning to me. Not really. Here in the UK where I live Breaking Benjamin are practically unheard of. The mainstream music here is all just dance (Martin Garrix, Avicii etc.). I am aware people have different tastes in music but how people can like that stuff (especially Avicii) I don't know.

Well Ben himself suffers from depression, attempted suicide several times as a teenager, then after they got big with their first album, he started drinking heavily along with using speed mixed with downers until 2007 and has health issues as a result of it.

Most people call this garbage, and its depressing, I call it my life in music. #truefan of #breakingbenjamin Never going to forget them. Even though they don't make music anymore its still good. So remember that.
You know, it's amazing how amazing these guys are, and how many fans there are. Yet, they aren't on mainstream radio. Sure they're on your rock channels. Like for me, Rocky 99.1. But they also aren't featured in the big places and t.v. shows. Like every time i watch the voice, i really just wish for someone to sing a BB song. I mean, if you can sing a BB song, and sound good, then you automatically win for me.

I believe there is a next life, not death. But don't hold your breath for science cause all they have are theories. Besides, if the big bang theory is right, then how did the big bang happen? There had to have been something to start it. Anyhow, by the time anyone will be able to give you a straight answer, it'll be too late. I wouldn't worry about it though. God has a place for you in heaven for sure. How do I know? ( good question, thanks for asking) because i do. It doesn't make sense, but then again, it does doesn't it. This is just my perspective. Disagree if you want.
I believe that Heaven or the Afterlife is subjective, in general. However, to me, it'd seem so very purposeless for ALL of this - you, me, everyone else, the entire Universe - to have sprung into existence out of supposedly NOWHERE for NO apparent reason.
At the end of the day, all we've got to work with are theories and Human concepts. I have passed loved ones whom I carry a great deal of Hope for. Whether it's an eternal kingdom of Heaven, reincarnation, a spirit world, infinite nothingness, etc - I am glad to have been a part of whatever this reality is. Until it is my time, I reckon I'll just keep on keeping on. I'll keep learning and experiencing new things every day. But, most importantly, I'll keep smiling.
