This song is deeply attached to my soul. I was very sick very very sick 12+ years back , pain in my lower left abdomen used to be unbearable with every breath. Used to bleed while passing stool. Went to many doctors did plenty of test but nothing came up. Day's passed thing got worse, the unbearable pain got me pinned down. I was mentally shattered, emotionally broken and depressed. I locked up myself in a room did my own research putting up the symptoms on internet because doctors were not able to tell me why i was having the pain as the result of each and every test were good. So after searching over internet i found out that my symptoms were of Cancer, all the life i was having inside me was fragmented, for a moment it was like the sky fell down on me. I used to have panic attacks and my state of mind was completely devastated. I was so afraid that whenever i heard the name of cancer i went in state of shock what ever i did in my day to day life i used to feel that everything had a hidden message inside and it is showing me sign of cancer. My family my doctor convinced me a lot that im totally fine but i gave up on them i didn't believe them. It was the lowest point of my life i knew that my days were over i would die. I went completely isolated my depression possessed me totally. Luckily over internet i found out a medical term Hypochondria "abnormal chronic anxiety about one's health" Hypochondrium "The hypochondrium refers to the two hypochondriac regions in the upper third of the abdomen" Symptoms "include a long-term and intense fear of having a serious condition and worry that minor symptoms indicate something serious. A person may frequently visit or switch doctors". I was a hypochondriac i was suffering from illness anxiety disorder. After doing much research i was relieved i was worry free. The pain completely went away after 6 months. The pain and cramps which i was having were of anxiety. In extreme conditions like me a person tends to develop physical pain in abdomen for mental anxiety. My mind was the Evil angel. Never search for medical symptoms over internet the results are random and everytime you will tend to find out that you have cancer. Consult a doctor he knows better.
