I think my pick for number 1 would be the mirrors that drop from the big teeth. There are two types that I can't remember the names of but one reflects all physical dmg while the other reflects all magic dmg
The problem with gear that has "Significantly increases Slash/Pierce/Strike damage" is that it is already on Basilio and Strohl 500 power weapons and the effect doesn't stack. You could try things like using another weapon that is weaker but has another passive, like Ame-no-Habakiri for Strohl which is the 2nd highest damage Sword and increases critical chances, and uses the gear to increase Slash damage. But even if its the 2nd highest damage weapon, it only has 430 power which is 70 less than Dynastic Sword so the damage loss is way too high to be worth. It makes the gear actually worthless on the 2 big Physical DPS if you already have the best weapon. And for other characters its not even a consideration, the MC have to equip the Crown, Heismay shines with the dodge Headband and is not a DPS, the 2 magic girls would obviously not play those.. So the only character that could consider it is Hulkenberg but she also doesn't have a DPS role. So at first i was like you, when i got those i was like "omg my Physical DPS are already busted and now they're gonna get even more busted?!" but when i got the 500 power weapons a few hours later and realised those weren't stacking, i was like "well, it was good for a bit and now you go to the trash for the whole NG+ lel". Yeah its still a really good pick for those who don't plan to unlock archetypes, but imo its so free and easy in the last dunjeon to farm those in 10mn that if you really are optimising characters, you should do it. Even just doing it for the MC + Strohl and/or Basilio since they are the best damage dealers and profit the most of 500 power weapons. So i don't know where i would place those on a tierlist but its hard for me to think that they are top 2 when the only 2 characters that could consider those would even replace it.
Got your points. The main reason why I consider using it a lot is I do spent a lot of time using non Royal Archetypes. Many people will do and as easy as it may seem for us to just say, hey its easy to unlock those but many of them will not do it. The general player base will only unlocking elites most of the time so they will be using this a lot if they have it. As for me, I tend to see value in the God Hand because I do love to make builds with again, non royals. But thanks for sharing!

No man it's okay! =D I totally get our Blood. The blood of min-maxers and completionists. When I started YT, It was hard for me to balance my thoughts as a min-maxed, but through the years, I have learned to put the audience first. I tend to think a lot about how the general players will be able to use my guides well.

JRPGs are still a niche genre (even when 3 JRPGS are fighting for the GOTY lel) and a lot of newcomers need people like you to get in the boat ! So i totaly get why you chose to help them and im not gonna lie to you, i don't think i need any help but mostly wanted to share some thoughts with someone that may like the game ahah. I loved the game but don't have a lot of people to talk about it so i jumped on the occasion ahah. Thanks for that !

If u beat the super boss in ng+ it drops an item that null all damage except for all might
