Oh my goodness!! I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful gift of inspiration. Such a deceptively and seemingly simple idea to do the alternating side loops and what variations on the theme exist. I’m new to doing quilling. I first saw examples some 60 years ago and was entranced. I recently came across some simple kits at the local craft store and I’ve been playing and experimenting for a few weeks now.
I have joint replacements in four fingers because of arthritis and some of the techniques are very challenging to execute but it’s so much fun to practice. I have a small husking board and have made some different things and I’m experimenting with a comb as well. So now you’ve gifted me with another strategy to incorporate. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your talents so freely. Your pleasure in exploring and sharing this fascinating craft is contagious.

This was one of the best instructions I have seen. Not too many tools, nor complicated paraphernalia. Thank you so much. This will be enough for me to get started.

Thank you so much for this video. This is the most detailed video I've seen so far that explains how to do husking/alternate side looping without using a comb or husking board. It's really handy for those of us who don't have the store-bough tools. Very thorough instruction. You're a great teacher!
