- 1 whole chicken
- 1 medium to large white onion
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 whole tomato
- 2 carrots

Like 12 here 🙌 Canja Ganja haha funny 🤣 loved the presentation and it's great that you share family recipes. Some people keep them like a huge secret lol I always shared my recipes with others but I have come across some who do not!
Yeah go ahead and add black pepper we are spicy people haha
In Sri Lanka we say "Suba Naththalak wewa" meaning merry Christmas yeah your tongue will get twisted 🤣 Everything is better with butter, love it. Yummy I'd slurp it too lol see you again soon mate 🥰 thanks for sharing 👍

My family are from Santa de sierra I find that using corn fed chicken is far better. We use the exact same recipe. It’s always better the next day ❤

What kind of small pasta instead of rice is used and what brand???

In Portugal we traditionally use ‘pevide’, however I’ve never seen this in traditional supermarkets where I live in the UK so I usually buy ‘orzo’ pasta instead, which is a slightly bigger version of pevide
