In my opinion, there's never been another female voice like Mariah Carey's. Her first several years of producing music was simply phenomenal! Boyz II Men could not have been a better pick to record this song with. This was magic! LOVED your reaction!
In what aspect, how so? Every artist is different, so that can be said about them all. A great singer in the technical aspects, but she rarely made the song cry for me. She emotes well, but I haven't ever been moved to tears by her, in the way some other artists can do for me. Shewas great, but certainly not the greatest. Most singers had to sing live for the record companies to give them a contract. They also had to perform live without any added effects.
