Central Theme: Waza no kankyū - how to generate powerful techniques by contraction and expansion, twisting and unwinding. Learn more about those fundamentals in Kihon and Kata such as Jion.

Central Theme: Shodō and Karate fundamentals such as dynamic, timing and hip movement.
