Definition:
For me, this card often represents the start of a creative project. It also makes me think of adventure, of leaping in. there is some fool energy here, but with more fire, more motivation. It also makes me think of self-confidence.
Detail:
The detail that caught my attention. Today is the three pyramids behind the page. Is this Egypt? It definitely makes me think of travel of seeking adventure. Egypt was big during the time when the RWS was first published. Occultists thought the cards came from Egypt that they were passing on secret, ancient knowledge.
Discovery:
When developing a new character for one of my fiction novels, this makes me think of someone who loves to travel. Maybe he or she is a free spirit, someone young, or someone young at heart. They could also be an actor or an artist of some sort. A rockstar who tours the world.
When working on a scene, this card could inspire me to have my characters take part in a community play or maybe they’re dressing up for a costume party.
Maybe they are taking a trip together even if it’s just for the day. It could also be about going to an exhibit or to a museum.
Or maybe there is news about a creative endeavor. This could be good news or bad news. It also makes me think of someone joking around or playing a prank.
last, but not least this could inspire me to include a secondary character. Who is the kid brother or a kid sister.
