We bought this wrecked corvette c8 from auction and now we got a heck of a project. We are super happy to take on something of this scale and we are ready to learn alot along with you guys. Lets see how this goes!!!

Yeah all the stupid give-aways are losing me. Glad they stopped pushing the damn sauce but just shoving their wealth in my face while I have to save up fir a new fuel pump is annoying.
@@1one3_Racingthe giveaways get people to buy their merch and allow them to make money, so they can continue buying new builds. Obviously it works, as they’re still doing it. And, you could always make a video of you changing your fuel pump and upload to TH-cam and start your own channel, just like these guys did. Everybody started small. Success is up to you.

a year after I started watching you bought your first corvette and watching you 'hunt' for parts was inspiring, and the finished product was stellar recently, you've gotte into the 'just buy a new one' mindest, most of us diy'ers can't do that and have to be creative, your cars should have a time line; like in one year we will sell this and move on to something new. if soeone offered me $120,000 , it would be gone the next day, some of the cars you hold on to too long and you will never recover your cost. Keep up the good work I love to see guys prosper from hard work.

Good luck with the rear tub. If you haven’t ordered it yet, it’ll be a while. The c8 certified shop I work for took months for a slight rear end collision. If y’all can even order it.

I've been watching them for a long time now and there content has changed but that is because they have gotten older as well they are married now as well with new responsibilities and everything. They have grown there brand in a very positive way , I just pray that they remain humble and grounded throughout their growth. Keep it up boys.

I agree that the car was parked when it got hit. The airbags probably didn't go off because no weight was registered by the driver and passenger seat sensors. Love that you're building a C8! Raffle the G-wagon! 🙏🏽

Just watched your rolex purchase. It reminded me of buying my dad a rolex submariner in 1988. Then, in 2006, Ems took him to the hospital, where he passed a few days later. The rolex disappeared same day (ems)? I never wore a watch again after that. I made a police report a few years ago hoping to retrieve it. Anyways I hope who ever gets your present appreciates you guys and great watch.Good memories, some sad. Happy holidays. I ordered some murch and haven't heard anything yet about a week now, hopefully soon.

They are still making good content, finishing whatever they are doing, and the best is the fact that they are building a better family overall so they are having a better life because of us viewing them and also the fact that the giveaways is for US. Because the channel has changed drastically the last few years. Nothing but money grabbing giveaways now. And people haven't forgotten about them ripping people off with the scrap Porsche parts.

My husband works for GM. The C8 has proprietary repair.rights laws that prevent folks not certified by GM from repairing the proprietary systems. Similiar to the same laws John Deere.has on some of their large equipment. Good luck in repairing.this car.

I’ve been watching these boys since they built the mustang. Back before Simon even drove. Keep in mind these are two are in their 20s who didn’t grow up with a silver spoon.

That car still has the dealership plate, it was either wrecked on the lot (someone plowing into it) or on a test drive. I'd try to reach out to that dealership, and see if they have the story. They may even have the keys still.

Corvettes have not been made from fiberglass since 1973. It a special composite material. The Z51 has brembo pads that create a lot of dust even under normal driving. Can’t wait to see you take your first drive. This is going to be a tricky repair.

I love watching your episodes.One frustration I have is that very few of your builds are 100% complete.That was confirmed last episode when you reviewed your vehicles and only a few of them were totally finished.I realize some of the vehicles being complete is the availability of parts.

Strickers Auto in OH or Nordstroms in SD have dozens of C8's still from the tornado damaged ones. I've bought both front and rear clips from them. They will have the structural parts you need.

Back to crappy built junk yeah the rest of the world really wanted that. You do realize people in other countries may want to see a more varied range of cars and that's what they've been doing. Don't be selfish and just wish for American cars when there channel is International.
This is going to be a epic build! C8s are badass. You quys are going to love it once it's completed. Now I have to say, the ZO6 is way different than the C8. The ZO6 body is wider and more curvy than the C8. So the Z06 front bumper won't fit the C8.
I thought the same thing when the comment was made. They'll find our, that's kind of the way they roll. Apparently they can afford it.
Z07 is the Z06 but track packed also carbon fiber and ceramic breaks. These two have interchangeable body parts. The stingray and the base corvettes have interchangeable parts.
@@robertlukacs1762 everything you said is facts. The brothers have a wrecked based model C8. When they were in the dealership they were looking at a Z06 and mentioned getting a Z06 front bumper for their Build. Which is why I mentioned that it won't fit.
That’s why I was confirming what you said. I’m still trying to figure out the 51 package. My dealership said it will have even more carbon and solely track use. Not sure what they mean by that.
@@robertlukacs1762 carbon fiber is more lightweight than fiberglass. Lighter the car is the faster the car can go. Which makes for good track time on the track.
I was thoroughly entertained by your series on the Mustang right after I got one. I recently got a C8 and am excited all over again for your series on this. I just posted your vid in the biggest C8 forum to see if that helps you find the prior owner.
