So did you solder to side of those diodes or remove them? I'm waiting on the resistors like you have, but not sure if old resistors need removed. Plz reply cause diodes due on the 6th
hi, my cbr 929rr has no spark, I checked the sidestand tilt sensor is working properly, the clutch sensor is working properly, the start/stop switch is working, the fuel pump is turning on, the tilt sensor is also working and the relays are also working, still no spark where to look?? the engine stood for 2 years not fired but worked before it was put away
So since those resisters are in series with your ignition coils I guess it would be a good idea to change your ignition coils before they go bad and damage your ECU,,,,,😮
@@even7stevenseems to be my problem as well. With no spark and no fuel pump prime(fuel pump is good) I tested the pink wire after the ignition, and got 12v. I’m assuming that’s where it needs to be 9v. I guess now I’ll solder a new diode in the ignition and pray that’s the only problem I have 😅
I’m getting fuel to rail up to injectors and used node light and getting bright pluse but injectors not spraying surely all 4 isn’t clogged at once. If I spray starting fuild in carbs it runs til burnt up. My problem is getting pluse but injectors not spraying could a cam sensor cause this or is it something else like ecm keeping them from opening thanks
check your fuel pressure regulator. if you've got spark and fuel pulse but no fuel your fuel pressure might be to low, also make sure your fuel pump is priming when you turn your ignition key on
@@gregorycrawford8206 thanks for adding. I put a new relay on it. Alto I was getting fuel to the rail it wasn’t enough I found a 1 inch fuel line on the fuel pump inside tank that had split and hole in line keep it from getting enough fuel to start. All fixed and running now thanks
I’m having the same issue with my 01 accept I’m not getting fuel. I keep trying to start it the fuel pump primes she turns over but won’t light and as I keep trying I never get the smell of gas. The issue started after my battery died and I jumped the bike via a car. I haven’t been able to find any info on any kind of safety or relay that allows the fuel pump to prime but then not send fuel to the injectors. If I spray some carb cleaner in the throttle bodies it will light but then nothing after that. Strange to think it’s a physical component because I was flying home from work stopped for gas, filled up and my battery died. The bike couldn’t start charged it and it primes and turns over but wont start.
@@jacobjordan4926 Yes do you happen to have a power commander or something that informs the fuel injection on the bike? For me it turned out the power commander was shot and the fuel injectors weren't firing. I disconnected the PC from the fuel injection harness and then plugged it back in stock and it fired right up.
I had a issue where every time I hit a bump my bike lost its spark so I ended up going through 6 ecu befor I noticed my Ignition coil wire was damaged and was hiting the chassi and grounding out lol

@fatjonr1563 mine is a f4i I'm checking tomorrow wether I have spark or not got fuel as I can smell fuel from the injectors or could be my crank position sensor which could be causing a problem
@@seanharris591 thanks for your reply bro I’ve got an update Mine hasn’t spark in fourth piston Change plugs and coils and it will misfire again in fourth Opened the wires and saw that the impulisve wire of the fourth was grounding in the chasis and not giving impulses, fixed the wire and now has spark Maybe this helps someone with same problem like me
@fatjonr1563 I don't have a spark at all pulse generator is showing 474 resistance which is OK il check cam position sensor next so busy at work never get enough time lol

You can buy the diode and put it in your self
👍👍👍Yup, has worked on my 4 cbr's I've owned. Still have like 46 of them. A lot cheaper than buying an oem ignition switch.

check your fuel pressure regulator. if you've got spark and fuel pulse but no fuel your fuel pressure might be to low, also make sure your fuel pump is priming when you turn your ignition key on

Hi mate, do you have a spark or not, because I have a 03 cbr600rr , 1 2 3 piston have spark only 4 not, swapped coils and sparks still no spark

Opened the wires and saw that the impulisve wire of the fourth was grounding in the chasis and not giving impulses, fixed the wire and now has spark
