- Al takes apart the Crosman 3622 PCP Pellet Rifle. Part 1 breaks the system down to its major components: Breech, Barrel, Stock, Fore stock, pressure tube, barrel bands, trigger group and such.

Man, I think you’re right about that! I suspect they have produced a ton of these. As I understand it they sold a lot of the 362 and 362 anniversary. This kind of combines that with a lighter & cheaper Fortitude or Discover (which is gone.)
Sense its out of the stock you can drill and tap the back of the trigger housing and add two set screws to make the trigger adjustable it simple but helps quite a bit with the trigger play.. 👍✌️💯
That’s cool. I’m not very familiar with that trigger group. You were correct about that part being pure 2260/Disco. Shooting it, I found the trigger better than my last 2260.
@AlsAirguns search TH-cam for discovery 2 or 3 screw trigger mod there should be a video it's old it shows how and were to add set screws to make the trigger adjustable it's real easy once you watch the video help out a good amount with getting the trigger slope out. If you also look on magnum airguns web sight at the discovery trigger housing that they sell also have the mod done to the housing for a example they also have up grate kits for the original trigger assembly. 👍✌️💯🔫
@AlsAirguns I'm interested to see what they used for the valve assembly it probably the 2260 valve with discovery popet and top valve cap . You could add a power adjuster from a discovery to adjust the hammer for it about 10$. 👍✌️💯

Hey there, just leaving this comment for those who missed it elsewhere. The 3622, like all Crosman pumpers uses the narrow diameter tubes and valves found in 1322, 1377, 362, 2289 and not the large diameter tubes and valve’s of the 2240,2260 & Discovery models. That is part of what’s so neat about this product. Reducing tube diameter reduces cost and improves pressure handling. Same with the valves. Less material and higher pressure handling via less expensive tubing.

Is there the classic transfert port & gasket on this one ?

The barrel definitely looks way more secured than most airgun using the same breech
Yes to TP & breech seal (gasket as you refer to it.) Yes, sort of to second part. They are using improved barrel bands which provide some additional security. This was a late add as I understand it the preproduction guns used a standard band. Other than that, same, same. I’ve got disassembly videos if you’re interested.

The barrel bands are pretty cool though and they secure with an 0.05 Allen key at the top. I guess it through a curve to 3rd party developers who designed products based on the preproduction guns sent around.
The preproduction guns had the screws sealed so they could not be disassembled. I believe my video is the first public disassembly of a 3622.
Is there any type of power adjustment?
Yes, but it’s under the stock.
