This gave me a new appreciation for Huggys design! He didn’t seem at all scary until you added the teeth in. His design is masterfully simple and subtle. It’s really just his size and his teeth that make him monstrous. I think it takes a lot of skill to make something with such a simple design look scary. Great job bringing him to life

My dad did something like that a couple times Once he bought a Pennywise animatronic and I told him not to put that in my room and he said he couldn't because it would be to hard to bring it up the stairs and I woke up in the middle of the night to Pennywise hovering over my bed😂 Or when I woke up to the psycho wheelchair lady sitting next to my bed😂
Despite the minor setbacks, this definitely has to be the most accurate Huggy Wuggy animatronic ever. I think it has to do with the lightning, but it's almost terrifying how he looks exactly like he does in game and from the game's poster. I can't express how much I love this and I look forward to seeing more amazing projects such as this. Perhaps even making Mommy Longlegs, Bunzo Bunny, or Poppy herself. Keep up with your passion projects!

The closest thing to this is when he made a coffin and put a creepy creature in it with an arm sticking out. Not as advanced as yours but he was proud of it! This looks amazing! If you want a little tip, use a little hot glue between his teeth for the saliva and like, connect it to each teeth (if you want a little reference look at north of the border, he does clay projects with glue saliva)
Here’s a tip for eyes, I like what you did for that shine but something else you can do is put a thin layer of UV Resin on top of it, of course that wouldn’t work here since it is paper

When sewing fur, use 1/4” seam allowances and zigzag the seams together. This is similar to real furrier seams. The fur doesn’t get caught in the seam, and the narrow seams are more fluid and “invisible”.
This is awesome! Who knew it was so easy (in theory, surely not in practice) to make your own animatronic? Might give it a shot this Halloween if I have time.
