The Sourdough Trials : Cinnamon Rolls and The Weekly Bake PLUS a Smoky Kitchen

Continuing with the sourdough breakfast treats, this week I made sourdough cinnamon rolls. Overall I prefer a non-sourdough version of cinnamon rolls; the sour taste just didn't work for me.
I also need to pick a better pan (i.e. NOT springform with a lining or baking sheet underneath). But they were still pretty decent.
Another consistent weekly bake as well--it's hard to want to branch out when we enjoy my standard loaf from week to week, but I'm working on some new ideas for the month of June.
